ENG: The presentation describes the publishing activities of the Scientific Library of the USUST (Dnipro) in the context of a full-scale war with Russia. The library staff focused their activities on Open Educational Resources (OER), in particular Open Textbooks, as one of the methods of overcoming the Ukrainian linguistic genocide in educational resources.
