ENG: Persistent identifiers (PIDs) have become an essential part of the scientific information infrastructure. In addition to allowing content disambiguation, citation and recognition or linking different entities in the research ecosystem, they allow us to have a series of associated metadata.
This presentation will deal with the inclusion of PIDs in the different infrastructures. It will also present examples of successful implementation stories with a special focus on university and research libraries.
