Technical Regulation in Modern Conditions

ENG: Technical regulation significantly affects the quality of products, the productivity of social production and plays a significant role in managing the economy in general, as it combines fundamental and applied sciences and helps to determine the most promising directions of development of the country’s economic sectors. In addition, technical regulation contributes to the protection of the domestic market and the expansion of the external market, which is a stimulator of the development of national production and the expansion of foreign economic activity and international cooperation. The need to improve technical regulation is due to the intensity of integration processes and globalization, which contributed to the development of international trade, international tourism, capital movements, and an increase in the imports and exports volume. Therefore, consideration of the system of technical regulation in our country and its components is a significant and relevant issue. The system of technical regulation in Ukraine is formed from standardization, metrology. conformity assessment and accreditation of conformity assessment authorities. The article proves the importance of standardization as a basis for regulating economic relations, which combines legal aspects of product safety and methods and means of ensuring their compliance. Metrology is considered as a science of measurement that operates on facts, and its role in improving the quality of products is determined. It has been studied that conformity assessment is carried out independently, both on a voluntary basis and with the involvement of relevant authorities, therefore the process of technical regulation slows down, which leads to lack of control and the emergence of problems, both at the level of entrepreneurial activity and the national system.
Legislative Regulation of Commercial Use of Intellectual Property Objects in Business Activities

ENG: The article analyzes current issues of the modern process of legislative regulation of the commercial use of intellectual property objects in entrepreneurial activity. Specific proposals regarding strategic directions for further improvement of the organizational and legal foundations of the process of commercial use of intellectual property objects in entrepreneurial activity are proposed, which should be focused on solving the following three blocks of current problems: problems of the legislative, institutional and infrastructural basis of the commercial use of objects intellectual property in business activities. Attention is focused on the need to systematize Ukrainian legislation on legal responsibility for infringement of rights to intellectual property objects used in business activities, adaptation of current domestic normative legal acts in the field of intellectual property to the relevant acts of the European Union, legislative regulation of the issue of disposal of objects intellectual property used in business activities, creation of a modern basis for the protection of intellectual property objects in the military-technical sphere, as well as improvement of the existing legal framework of the system of collective management of property copyright and related rights. The presence of a need to improve the institutional basis of the process of commercial use of intellectual property objects used in entrepreneurial activity in the direction of implementing the concept of a single intellectual property body created in our country, the completion of the process of commercial use of intellectual property objects used in entrepreneurial activity by specialists of high level, establishment of cooperation between public and private organizations, deepening of cooperation with international organizations in this field, establishment of cooperation with relevant public authorities of other states, proper support of the functioning of public organizations in the field of intellectual property. The priority of the task of improving the infrastructural base of the process of commercial use of intellectual property objects used in entrepreneurial activity is emphasized.
Культурно-інформаційна парадигма сучасного періоду розвитку суспільства: історико-екологічний аспект

UKR: У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз дослідницьких процесів сучасної культурно-інформаційної парадигми. У процесі дослідження з’ясовано, що різноманітні уявлення про соціум, його парадигмальні основи, різні системи суспільного співжиття, місця в них природно-екологічних оцінок, культурно-інформаційні світогляди людини як частини великої природи, формувалися з найдавніших часів. Традиційно розглядалась світоглядна різниця між суспільством і державою. Адже проблема побудови теоретичних моделей соціуму цілком пов’язана з історико-екологічним середовищем, у якому живе, господарює й існує людина як особистість та частина великої природи. Показано, що сучасне суспільство має свій внутрішній інформаційний «двигун-суперечності», який може нести відомості щодо протидії, знищення або сприяння відновленню біолого-екологічного простору. В окресленому контексті розглянуто єдність протилежностей, зокрема, два сутнісних значення: нерозривність і внутрішній взаємозв’язок, суперечливість різних сторін суспільного організму щодо господарюючої діяльності людини, відповідність або протиставлення однієї протилежності іншій. Тому сучасний період розвитку суспільства та його нова культурно-інформаційна парадигма значно трансформовані від дотеперішніх осмислень і трактувань. Авторами доведено, що людство переосмислило весь тягар глобальних і міжцивілізаційних проблем світу, які значно змінюють наш життєвий і діяльнісний простір, потребують нового осмислення й розуміння питання впливу людини на світ природи, флору і фауну, водні та корисні ресурси, енергоощадливість та ресурсозбережувальність тощо. Метою дослідження є узагальнення та осмислення культурно-інформаційної парадигми через історико-екологічні аспекти та людську діяльність. За підсумками наукової розвідки зазначено, що історико-екологічне середовище та господарська діяльність людини призвели до критичного переосмислення й нового змісту розуміння потреби цивілізації у розбудові індивідуального екологічного мислення особистості. Тому особливу увагу приділено впливу професійної діяльності людини на культурно-інформаційні процеси та стратегічні орієнтири: зберегти людську цивілізацію й навколишній світ, планету від руйнівних процесів і самознищення.
Технологічний практикум : навчально-методичні рекомендації до практичних робіт з розділу ІV «Зварювальні роботи»

UKR: Навчально-методичні рекомендації призначені для використання студентами денної форми навчання спеціальності 133 «Галузеве машинобудування» та 274 «Автомобільний транспорт» під час виконання практичних робіт з дисципліни «Технологічний практикум».
Навчально-методичні рекомендації містять основні теоретичні положення для засвоєння матеріалу, інструкції з техніки безпеки в майстерні зварювання, опис основного устаткування та обладнання для зварювальних робіт, інструкції до виконання практичних робіт, вимоги до аналізу результатів та оформлення звіту.
Випаровування та розчинення магнію в рухомих бульбашках

UKR: У роботі наводяться результати дослідження кінетики процесу десульфурації за участю частинок магнію. Виконано математичний опис руху бульбашки з урахуванням її радіусу, коефіцієнту поверхневого натягу, густини рідкого металу, густини газу, гідравлічного тиску та умов масопереносу в розплаві. Наведено результати розрахунків для варіантів, де показані криві підйому бульбашок із частинкою магнію радіусом 1 мм. З’ясовано, що процес випаровування залежить від концентрації магнію в глибині металу. Виконано оцінку маси пари в бульбашці та зміни радіуса бульбашки під час підйому. Показано, що швидке випаровування магнію призводить до збільшення радіусів бульбашок, які спливають, та їхнє швидке схлопування пов'язане з розчиненням парів у рідкому металі. Представлена кінетична модель показує фізико-хімічний перебіг процесу надходження магнію з бульбашок у розплавлений метал під час обробки чавуну зернистим магнієм. Отримані результати розрахунків мають практичну цінність при освоєнні технології в промислових умовах.
