Item Prospects of Mastering of Underground Space by Erection of Multistory Underground Apartments of Multifunction Complexes(SHEE “Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture”, Dnipro; Slovak University of Technology, Bratislava, Slovakia, 2018) Pshynko, Aleksander N.; Radkevych, Anatoliy V.; Netesa, Andrey N.ENG: It is set a statistical analysis, that the monolithic framework systems of building and building are widely used in Ukraine. Economy, high reliability and longevity, possibility over of the free planning into building was brought to the wideuse of multistory monolithic reinforce-concrete frameworks of housing and public building. One of basic tendencies in modern building on territory of Ukraine active mastering of underground space. The specific of modern building of underground parts of building and building is a variety of technologies of erection, difficult terms of geohydrology, closeness of surrounding building, high closeness of underground communications and other factors. With introduction to the action of new normative documents of erection of multilevel underground building became especially actual in the conditions of making more compact building of large cities. In this division of monograph the оновні problems of underground building of objects are considered on territory of Ukraine. The analysis of modern normative documents is executed, actuality of erection of multifunction complexes of the publicly-housing setting is certain. The basic methods of erection of underground parts of such complexes are analysed after various technologies. It is set that in the conditions of modern building there is a necessity of rationalization of технологіх erection of underground elements of building and building. Necessary complex analysis of advantages and lacks of existent technological processes. In addition, зформувати is important and to analyse factors that influence at choice rational technology of erection of underground elements of building. They must be elected as parameters of concrete site area, to depend on the terms of geohydrology, surrounding building, concrete project decisions et cetera. Simple and clear methodology that will allow by passing of algorithm to choose the most rational method of implementation of works must become a result. Important direction of researches is remained by the permanent study of front-rank experience of advancement of world organizations on erection of underground floors of building under trying conditions to the geohydrology and in the conditions of making more compact building, development of existent technologies and creation of new. It is necessary to strengthen development of normative documentation for underground building, with the study of front-rank experience of leading in this industry project organizations.
