EN: The problems of innovation and investment development of the country’s economy, industrial-production and transport enterprises of the railway industry are considered. The main factors influencing the innovation and investment climate of industrial and economic systems are determined and substantiated. In particular, the present state of transport enterprises of the Western region of Ukraine is investigated, problems and perspectives of formation of innovation and investment development of enterprises of infrastructure type are outlined.
