Item Cryptocurrency, Artificial Intelligence and Basic Income as Innovative Technological System(Slovak Republic, 2018) Sopilnyk, Lyubomyr; Shevchuk, Andriy; Kopytko, VasylEN: The common signs of development and its financing of cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence and basic income were determined. The main tendencies and problems of the development of cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence from their appearance to the present time were considered. The combination of cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence and basic income in a unified system of innovative tools for the creation of a new global financial and technological system was substantiated. These three technologies have the features of combining into one innovative system of interaction at different levels from hardware and software to the level of ultimate practical implementation and application in the future. The perception and consideration of these technologies as a single system makes it possible to significantly simplify the approach to their study, design and implementation.Item The Economic Guarantee of Logistic Connections Optimization at Railway Transport(Dnipro National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V. The efficiency increasing of railway transport functioning is a main factor in the economic growth of the national economy. Material reserves are the main factor that defines the strategy of the enterprise and influences on the economic optimization level of logistic connections in general. Waste on deficiency and expense of storing the taken out from the main turnover material reserves redouble the economic situation. In this research the sources of the arising an uncertainty by taking a decision about economic optimization of logistic connections and working out methods of need determination in conditions of a certain uncertainty that will be led to improvement of the economic effectiveness of activity are determined. The best methods that may be used for this purpose are analysis of temporary series, multiple regression and correlation analysis, pattern recognition. The paper presents the results of research that allow, based on the built neuro-fuzzy model, to evaluate the dependence of macroeconomic indicators of the national economy of Ukraine on the indicators characterizing its economic situation in order to improve the control efficiency of logistics systems. A method of forecasting migration flows proposed, taking into account the socioeconomic development of the sending and receiving regions. To forecast the migration flows of the region is proposed to use the index of regional migration attractiveness of the region. The article considers and defines the nature and prospects of migration processes, both external and internal, for Ukraine. It is shown that uncontrolled migration flows lead to a deepening of the imbalance of development of the regions of Ukraine. An essential element of migration policy should be the formation of appropriate conditions to reduce the outflow of highly qualified personnel abroad and the formation of mechanisms for the return of migrant workers to Ukraine.Item Modelling the Risk Management of Financial Investments by the Fisher Criterion in Public Administration(Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering & Sciences Publication, India, 2019) Rodchenko, Larisa; Volkova, Oksana; Kopytko, Vasyl; Tsutskiridze, Maksym; Ageieva, Iryna; Nikoliuks, OlenaEN: Abstract: Industry 4.0 will fundamentally change the way of life, work and attitude towards each other; the role of public administration is increasing many times. The government should develop measures for implementation in enterprises as the well-being of the nation as a whole depends on the success of business structures. The activity of an enterprise in a market economy is characterized by a system of risks and uncertainties that arise due to the inability to evaluate the prospects of a market situation through functional dependence. The solution of this problem is based on statistical, mathematical methods of analysis, the use of which is simplified with the widespread use of computer technology ARM systems, etc. Authors in the article describe Top 5 global risks in 2019, according to the World Economic Forum, consider the investment risks and propose to calculate the effectiveness of financial investments using Fisher's criterion.Item Smart Home and Artificial Intelligence as Environment for the Implementation of New Technologies(Slovak Republic, 2018) Kopytko, Vasyl; Shevchuk, Lyubov; Yankovska, Larysa; Semchuk, Zhanna; Strilchuk, RostyslavEN: The technologies of a smart home and artificial intelligence (AI) are now inextricably linked. The perception and consideration of these technologies as a single system will make it possible to significantly simplify the approach to their study, design and implementation. The introduction of AI in managing the infrastructure of a smart home is a process of irreversible close future at the level with personal assistants and autopilots. It is extremely important to standardize, create and follow the typical models of information gathering and device management in a smart home, which should lead in the future to create a data analysis model and decision making through the software implementation of a specialized AI. AI techniques such as multi-agent systems, neural networks, fuzzy logic will form the basis for the functioning of a smart home in the future. The problems of diversity of data and models and the absence of centralized popular team decisions in this area significantly slow down further development. A big problem is a low percentage of open source data and code in the smart home and the AI when the research results are mostly unpublished and difficult to reproduce and implement independently. The proposed ways of finding solutions to models and standards can significantly accelerate the development of specialized AIs to manage a smart home and create an environment for the emergence of native innovative solutions based on analysis of data from sensors collected by monitoring systems of smart home. Particular attention should be paid to the search for resource savings and the profit from surpluses that will push for the development of these technologies and the transition from a level of prospect to technology exchange and the acquisition of benefits.
