    Modeling the Coefficient of Energy Losses in a Contact Line Based on the Monte-Carlo Method

    EN: Distribution laws and the basic characteristics of the factors influencing the coefficient of energy losses were identified during the study. These factors are the wear (reduction of the area) of contact line, the number of trains on railway section, the environment temperature, speed and current of trains. The law of statistical distribution of the loss coefficient was established for the first time. This makes it possible to evaluate its borders and make recommendations on regulations change it. The average value the loss coefficient is determined by which it will be possible to adjust meter.
