Item Principles of the Feedback Action in Local Elements of Rail Yard Interaction(SPC Научно-издательская корпорация, ОАЕ, 2018) Yanovskiy, Peter A.; Yanovska, Victoriia; Lytvynenko, Serhii L.; Nesterenko, Halyna I.; Lytvynenko, LarysaENG: Abstract Achievement of high-quality servicing level of cargo owners should be carried out under unconditionally effective use of rolling stock of railways and technical means. The real transport process should be implemented based on logistic cargo supply chains by types of connections for each shipment. The practice of railway operation shows that there is a significant shortage of train locomotives as a result of which the departure of ready trains at rail yard is often not carried out. In such cases, a feedback effect in local elements of interaction of these stations occurs. Due to delay in departure of trains, sending of already formed trains from rail yards is delayed; furthermore, because of the overflow of rail yard tracks, the sorting process on marshalling humps can be slowed down and delay of prepared trains for dismantling at arrival yard may occur. As a result of feedback action, downtimes of rail cars are increasing and movement of inventories is slowing down. In order to mitigate feedbacks effects in local elements of interaction, the principles of their operation, consideration of which will enable acceleration in passage of the rail car and cargo traffic through the railway network in practical activity, were formulated.Item Use of Cargo Delivery Process Model for the Assessment of Logistics Service Quality(SPC Научно-издательская корпорация, ОАЕ, 2018) Kyrychenko, Hanna; Nesterenko, Halyna I.; Avramenko, Svetlana I.; Lytvynenko, Serhii L.; Yanovskiy, Peter A.; Lytvynenko, LarysaENG: The paper proposes the method of forecasting the time of operations with a wagon and a cargo, which is carried out using the cargo deivery process model taking into account possible scenarios of the process and deviation from the forecast and technological standards. One of the concepts of the model is the average deviation from the forecast. This method for the first time allowed considering the condi-tions of real operational work when forecasting control points of cargo delivery process stages. Data on deviation is proposed to be stored in the database of the automated system for forecasting. The paper also proposes an estimation of deviations at all stages of transportation using linguistic definitions of the states, which allows quantifying the indicator, such as the quality of transportation. The given method allows forecasting the time control points of the scheduled cargo delivery stages considering the conditions of real operational work. One of the prospects for using the above method is the ability of information interaction of the transportation participants, namely, in the part of exchange and processing of operation monitoring data, data on deviations from the forecast and standards, as well as the exchange of delivery quality assessment data.
