| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Мета. Кінцевим продуктом дослідження є розробка програмного продукту для автоматизації визначення оптимальної структури партії поставок ресурсів в умовах ризику недопоставки, за допомогою якого менеджери матимуть змогу оптимізувати процес формування партії замовлення. Методика. Для розробки програмного забезпечення для складання оптимального розкладу використовувалося середовище розробки Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 Professional (мова програмування C#). Результати. В основу програмного забезпечення покладено підхід до визначення оптимальної комбінації ресурсів з урахуванням цін на ресурси та рівня надійності постачальників, технології виробництва, граничного розміру поставки дозволяє підвищити ступінь обґрунтованості рішень і відповідно рівень ефективності процесу виробництва. Конструкція моделі дозволяє здійснити перевірку на чутливість до мінливості таких факторів, як ціна на ресурси, умови їх постачання та обсяг виробництва самого підприємства, що має важливе значення в динамічних умовах зовнішнього середовища підприємств. Наукова новизна. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає в тому, що в алгоритмі, який покладено в основу програмного продукту, на етапі аналізу можливих постачальників і визначення ризику недопоставки кожного розраховані експертні оцінки рівня надійності постачальників і встановлений допустимий рівень ризику недопоставки. В основі наведеного алгоритму важливим показником є ціна на необхідні ресурси. Перевірка на чутливість цін на обрані ресурси дозволить при певних змінах перевіряти визначену комбінацію на оптимальність. Практична значимість. Розроблена система після впровадження дозволить автоматизувати процес оптимізації витрат на виробництво продукції, підвищити якість оцінки ефективності використання ресурсів підприємства. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: Purpose. The final product of the research is the development of a software product for automating the determination of the optimal structure of a batch of resource supplies under the conditions of the risk of underdelivery, with the help of which managers will be able to optimize the process of forming an order batch. Methodology. The development environment of Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 Professional (C# programming language) was used to develop the software for drawing up the optimal schedule. Findings. The basis of the software is the approach to determining the optimal combination of resources, taking into account the prices of resources and the level of reliability of suppliers, production technology, the maximum delivery size, which allows to increase the degree of validity of decisions and, accordingly, the level of efficiency of the production process. The design of the model allows you to check the sensitivity to the variability of such factors as the price of resources, the conditions of their supply and the volume of production of the enterprise itself, which is important in the dynamic conditions of the external environment of enterprises. Originality. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that in the algorithm, which is the basis of the software product, at the stage of analyzing possible suppliers and determining the risk of underdelivery of each, expert assessments of the level of reliability of suppliers are calculated and the permissible level of risk of underdelivery is established. In the basis of the given algorithm, an important indicator is the price of the necessary resources. Checking the sensitivity of prices for selected resources will allow checking the determined combination for optimality in case of certain changes. Practical value. The developed system, after implementation, will allow to automate the process of optimization of production costs, to improve the quality of assessment of the efficiency of the use of enterprise resources. | en |
