| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У роботі проведено аналіз факторів, що впливають на працездатність металорізального інструменту. Показано, що вибір раціональних механічних властивостей, геометричних параметрів інструменту, зносостійких покриттів, режимів різання тощо має основний вплив на ефективність металообробки. Встановлено, що для покращення технологічних процесів механічної обробки потрібно змінити концепцію оцінки якості металорізального інструменту. Розроблено алгоритм створення методики оцінки якості металорізального інструменту на підставі проведеного аналізу та результатів експертної оцінки. У роботі побудовано алгоритм комплексної оцінки якості різального інструменту. Визначено, що для кваліметричного оцінювання якості металорізального інструменту слід застосувати комплексний показник якості, що складається з множини одиничних показників. Розроблено ієрархічну діаграму «Дерево властивостей» для визначення чинників, що впливають на загальну якість металорізального інструменту. Задля забезпечення якості металорізального інструменту пропонується використовувати вимоги стандарту ДСТУ ISO 9001 і розглядати досліджуваний процес як частину системи управління якістю організації. Пропонується з метою раціонального управління та безперервного вдосконалення процедури оцінки якості металорізального інструменту розробити документовані процедури, що супроводжуватимуть процес кваліметричного оцінювання якості металорізального інструменту. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The paper analyzes the factors affecting on the efficiency of the metal-cutting tools. It is shown that the choice of rational mechanical properties, geometric parameters of the tool, wear-resistant coatings, cutting modes, etc. have a major impact on the efficiency of metalworking. It was established that it is necessary to change the concept of quality assessment of metal-cutting tools for improving technological processes of mechanical processing. An algorithm for creating a methodology for assessing the quality of metal-cutting tools has been developed based on the conducted analysis and the results of an expert assessment. An algorithm for comprehensive assessment of the quality of cutting tools was constructed in this work. It was determined that a complex quality indicator consisting of a set of single indicators should be applied for the qualitative assessment of the quality of metal-cutting tools. A hierarchical “Property Tree” diagram was developed to determine the factors affecting the overall quality of the metal cutting tools. It is proposed to use the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard to ensure the quality of metal-cutting tools. The investigated process should be considered as part of the organization’s quality management system. It is proposed to develop documented procedures for the rational management and continuous improvement of the procedure for assessing the quality of metal-cutting tools. The developed procedures will accompany the process of qualitative assessment of the quality of the metal-cutting tool. | en |
