CC licenses: Helping form the Ecosystem of Open Educational Resources (OER) in Ukraine

ENG: The presentation describes the activities of the international non-profit organisation Creative Commons, the most recognisable part of its activities - Creative Commons licences, which are an important legal tool for open access to research results, scientific data, educational resources and digitised cultural heritage. The author discusses the relationship between copyright and open licences, between the rights of the author and the user. A list of links is provided to learn more about the work of the Creative Commons organisation.

UKR: В презентації розповідається про діяльність міжнародної некомерційної організації Creative Commons, про найбільш впізнавану частину її діяльності – ліцензії Creative Commons, які є важливим правовим інструментом з відкритого доступу до результатів досліджень, до наукових даних, освітніх ресурсів та оцифрованої культурної спадщини. Обговорюється співвідношення між копірайтом та відкритими ліцензіями, між правами автора і користувача. Надається перелік посилань, за якими можна детальніше ознайомитися з роботою організації Creative Commons.
