dc.description.abstractUKR: В статье актуализирована и исследована проблема индивидуального психолого-педагогического сопровождения спортсмена в общей системе многолетней подготовки. Показано наличие заложенных психологической наукой перспективных концепций, которые до сих пор не используются современными тренерами для совершенствования общей системы многолетней подготовки спортсменов. Уточнено содержание дефиниций: «становление личности спортсмена как субъекта спортивной деятельности», «надежность соревновательной деятельности» и предложен конструкт «индивидуальное психолого-педагогическое сопровождение становления спортивной карьеры спортсмена».uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: In the article the problem of individual psychological and pedagogical support of an athlete in the general system of multi-year training has been updated and researched. The presence of perspective concepts based on psychological science, which is still not used by modern trainers to improve the overall system of multi-year training of athletes, is shown. The content of the definitions of «the development of the personality of the athlete as a subject of sports activity», «reliability of competitive activity», and the construct «individual psychological and pedagogical support of the sportsman’s athletic career» was proposed. The basic features of the subject of sports activity are revealed, in particular: the athlete’s responsibility in achieving the sporting result; the ability to actively make decisions in accordance with the changing, difficult and extreme sports situation; the ability to selforganize and sport self-regulation; emotional stability and emotional flexibility; high purposefulness; the presence of an acute desire for successful public self-realization in sport; systemic, integrity, stability of moral-volitional qualities of an athlete; ability to effectively cognitive activity; internal rational motivation to create and promote the image of their own state; availability of intellectual qualities; the presence of skills for self-knowledge and reflection of sports activities; presence of initiative, decisiveness, discipline.The arguments in favor of the choice of the theoretical basis of individual psychological and pedagogical support of the formation of a sports career of athletes, which it is expedient to involve the provisions of the activity approach is given.en
