| dc.description.abstract | ENG: Purpose. The purpose of this work is to review the state of research on the digitalization of educational services assets in the new economy and identify promising directions for the development of digital educational services and digitalization. Methodology. The article is devoted to the topical issues of conducting a comprehensive review of research results in the direction of digitalization of services in the conditions of the new economyprogramming language) was used to develop the software for drawing up the optimal schedule. Findings. The analysis of the current state of research in the field of digitalization of educational services allows us to draw the following conclusions: the digitalization process is an integral part of our life; the introduction of digital technologies brings benefits not only in the field of education, but also in other equally important areas, which once again confirms the fact of the relevance of the use of digital technologies, which are an integral part of our everyday life, in addition, in the future, dependence on digital technologies will only increase; in order to master digital technologies, there is already a need for the appearance of instructors and training courses, etc.; Algorithms and action formulas have been developed regarding the digitalization of Ukrainian regions; the relevance of the digitalization of educational services is beyond doubt and is very important and understudied, and therefore there is a great potential for learning new things and discovering new knowledge. That is, the digitalization of every sphere is a necessary condition for progressive development, and the economy is no exception. Originality. The conducted review revealed the directions of scientific research on the digital transformation of educational activities of institutions of higher education, which can be useful for the practical application of these ideas in institutions of higher education, proposed methods of combating illegal income by introducing digitalization of the national economy, proposed new methods of approach to increasing digital competence employees of organizational and educational units at the university. Practical value. Conclusions were made regarding the relevance and usefulness of the results of the research for implementation in practice. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Мета. Метою даної роботи являється проведення огляду стану досліджень з цифровізації активів освітніх послуг в умовах нової економіки та виявлення перспективних напрямів розвитку цифрових освітніх послуг та цифровізації. Методика. Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням проведення комплексного огляду результатів досліджень з напряму цифровізації послуг в умовах нової економіки. Результати. Аналіз сучасного стану досліджень у сфері цифровізації освітніх послуг дозволяє зробити наступні висновки: процес цифровізації є невід’ємною частиною нашого життя; Впровадження цифрових технологій приносить користь не лише у сфері освіти, а й в інших не менш важливих сферах, що ще раз підтверджує факт актуальності використання цифрових технологій, які є невід’ємною частиною нашого повсякденного життя, у Крім того, в майбутньому залежність від цифрових технологій тільки зростатиме; для оволодіння цифровими технологіями вже є потреба у появі інструкторів та навчальних курсів тощо. Розроблено алгоритми та формули дій щодо цифровізації регіонів України; Актуальність цифровізації освітніх послуг не викликає сумнівів і є дуже важливою та недостатньо вивченою, а тому існує великий потенціал для вивчення нового та відкриття нових знань. Тобто цифровізація кожної сфери є необхідною умовою поступального розвитку, і економіка не є винятком. Наукова новизна. В проведеному огляді розкрито напрями наукових досліджень з цифрової трансформації освітньої діяльності закладів вищої освіти, що може бути корисним для практичного застосування цих ідей у закладах вищої освіти, запропоновано методи боротьби з нелегальними доходами шляхом запровадження діджиталізації національної економіки, запропоновані нові методи підходу до збільшення цифрової компетентності співробітників організаційно-навчальних підрозділів в університеті. Практична значимість. Зроблено висновки щодо актуальності та користі для запровадження на практиці результатів проведених досліджень. | uk_UA |
