Abstract
UKR: В статті розкритий механізм визначення заробітку робітників сталеплавильного цеху шляхом їх стимулювання за окремим циклом виготовлення партії сталі і з урахуванням внеску окремого підрозділу у формування індивідуальних показників якості продукції. Запропоновано заробіток за тарифом і приробіток робітників, які працюють в окремому підрозділі, визначати за кожним циклом виробництва сталі на базі розцінки як оплати за виготовлення однієї тонни. Доведена доцільність включення до системи оплати праці робітників показників, що стимулюють їх до випуску сталі заданої якості та раціонального використання матеріальних і енергетичних ресурсів: коефіцієнта можливості використання сталі; відсотка сумарної економії (перевитрати) ресурсів у вартісному виразі за календарний період. Отримані результати дослідження сприятимуть формуванню у робітників підрозділів мотивації на досягнення заданих параметрів якості сталі та забезпечать випуск заданого обсягу її виробництва відповідного рівня якості, при зниженні витрат ресурсів.
ENG: The article is devoted to disclosure of the mechanism of determining the wages of steelmaking shop workers by means of their incentives for a separate production cycle of steel batch production using the piece-rate system of remuneration and taking into account the contribution of a separate activity centre to the formation of individual product quality indicators. A centre of operations is a set of production units of a steelmaking shop united by a common purpose, a relatively complete intermediate result in the technological process, a sufficiently close connection between operations and the same degree of influence in achieving the most important steel quality parameters. The paper proves the feasibility of using a piece-rate system of remuneration for steelmaking shop workers instead of an hourly bonus system. It is proposed that the total wages at the tariff and the incremental earnings of pieceworkers working in a separate activity centre should be calculated for each steel production cycle on the basis of the price for the production of one tonne of steel, and the unit's output rate for one work shift should be set at the level of the planned steel production targets. The study substantiates the expediency of including in the piece-rate system of remuneration of workers indicators that stimulate them to produce steel of a given quality and rational use of material and energy resources: the coefficient of fulfilment of the standard of contribution of a particular activity centre to the formation of steel quality; the coefficient of the possibility of using the produced steel; the percentage of total savings (overspending) of resources in terms of cost for a calendar period. The article identifies options for possible use of the produced steel and justifies the interval of the scale of coefficients for possible options for the use of steel smelted in a separate production cycle. The results of the study will help to form motives for employees to achieve the specified parameters of steel quality and ensure the production of a given volume of products of the appropriate level of product mix and quality, while reducing resource consumption.
