Abstract
UKR: У статті досліджується поняття інтелектуально-інноваційних технологій (ІІТ) як рушійної сили розвитку суспільства та економіки в умовах цифрової трансформації. Визначено ключові характеристики ІІТ: інноваційність, інтелектуальну складову, цифровізацію, адаптивність і гнучкість. Проведено класифікацію ІІТ за галузевим спрямуванням, рівнем інноваційності, ступенем використання штучного інтелекту, впливом на суспільство та бізнес-моделями. Висвітлено основні виклики впровадження ІІТ, зокрема питання кібербезпеки, етичні аспекти, необхідність підвищення кваліфікації працівників, законодавчі бар’єри та ризики автоматизації робочих місць. Проаналізовано перспективи розвитку ІІТ у контексті їхнього впливу на глобальну конкурентоспроможність, ефективність бізнесу, модернізацію виробництва, освіти та науки.
ENG: This article explores the concept of intellectual and innovative technologies (IIT) as a fundamental driver of modern economic and social transformation in the digital age. The key characteristics of IIT are identified, including innovativeness, intellectual component, digitalization, adaptability, and flexibility. A classification of IIT is proposed based on industry focus, the degree of innovativeness, the level of artificial intelligence (AI) utilization, societal impact, and business models. The study examines the role of IIT in various industries such as manufacturing, education, healthcare, finance, and agriculture, emphasizing their transformative impact on business processes and productivity. Special attention is given to AI-driven technologies, their advantages, and potential risks. The article highlights the main challenges associated with the implementation of IIT, including data security risks, ethical concerns, the necessity of continuous workforce upskilling, regulatory barriers, and the socio-economic consequences of automation. The growing influence of AI and machine learning in decision-making processes raises questions about transparency, accountability, and potential biases in automated systems. The study also discusses the legal and economic aspects of IIT adoption, focusing on intellectual property rights, privacy regulations, and the need for global governance frameworks to ensure responsible technology use. Furthermore, the article analyzes the prospects for IIT development in the context of global competitiveness, increased efficiency in business operations, modernization of industrial production, and the digital transformation of education and scientific research. It is argued that successful integration of IIT requires a collaborative approach involving governments, businesses, and educational institutions to foster an innovation-driven economy. The findings suggest that while IIT holds immense potential for enhancing productivity and economic growth, proactive measures must be taken to address associated risks and challenges.
