| dc.description.abstract | UKR: В магістерській роботі розроблено програму модернізації багатоквартирного будинку в рамках створення ОСББ «Добробут» для подальшої економії теплової енергії в будинку до 50%. На основі поглибленого аналізу діяльності житлово-комунальних послуг визначено, що у будинках, де не створено ОСББ чи немає житлового кооперативу, мешканці практично повністю усунуті від управління будинком, як своєю власністю. Наслідком цього є майже повна незахищеність мешканців від недобросовісних дій постачальників житлових і комунальних послуг. Сплачуючи за послуги з управління та утримання багатоквартирного будинку, мешканці насправді не впливають ні на визначення виконавця послуг, ні на їх вартість. Робота містить аналіз проблем, перспектив, маркетингові дослідження попиту на заходи енергозбереження, обґрунтуванняпроблеми та формування задуму програми; оцінку проектних альтернатив; розробку основних структур програми та моніторингу та управління критичними показниками програми. Результати магістерської роботи можуть бути використані у подібних програмах термомодернізації житлових будинків в Україні. Даний проект не є інноваційним, так як в Україні вже є аналоги, але вперше було застосовано методи проектного менеджменту при підготовці та організації заходів з термомодернізації 5-ти поверхового житлового багатоквартирного будинку ОСББ у місті Дніпро, що дозволить провести всі заходи та роботи відповідно до календарного плану і дотримуючись кошторису та мінімізувати можливі ризики. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The dissertation explores the management of the apartment building modernization program within the creation of the association of apartment building co-owners “Dobrobut” for further savings of thermal energy in the house up to 50%. Basing on the in-depth analysis of the activity of housing and communal services is determined that in houses, where the association of apartment building co-owners is not created or there is no housing cooperative, residents are almost completely removed from managing the house as their property. The result of it is almost complete vulnerability of residents from unscrupulous actions of housing and communal services providers. When paying for apartment building management and maintenance services, residents do not really influence the definition of the service provider, the list of services provided to them, the volume of services provided, or their cost. The dissertationexplores analysis of problems, perspectives, marketing research demand for energy saving measures, substantiation of the problem and formation of the program plan; assessment of project alternatives; development of the main structures of the program and strategy of its implementation at all phases of the life cycle; development of a system for monitoring and managing critical indicators of the program. The results of Master’s dissertation can be used in similar programs of thermal modernization of residential buildings in Ukraine. This project is not innovative, as Ukraine already has analogues, but for the first time project management methods were used in the preparation and organization of measures for thermal modernization of five-storey apartment building condominiums in the city of Dnipro, which will carry out all activities and work according to schedule and adhering to estimates and minimizing possible risks. | en |
