| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем розробки теорії та методології формування та розвитку транспортної інфраструктури в умовах сучасного інформаційного суспільства. Особливий акцент робиться на вивченні засад розробки стратегій розвитку транспортної інфраструктури на мікроекономічному та макроекономічному рівнях. Показано основні стратегії реформування транспортної інфраструктури національної економіки України, визначена їх взаємна альтернативність. Окреслено основні тенденції еволюції вітчизняної транспортної системи протягом останніх років. Показано роль науково-технічного прогресу у модернізації транспортної інфраструктури, її адаптування до умов глобального поширення інформаційних технологій. Доведено необхідність розширення методологічної платформи дослідження транспортної інфраструктури в добу інформаційного суспільства за рахунок залучення постмодерністського інструментарію, зокрема, сприйняття об’єкту дослідження через призму методу ризомного автопоезісу. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article provides a study of the problems of developing the theory and methodology of the formation and development of transport infrastructure in the conditions of a modern information society. Special emphasis is placed on the study of the principles of developing strategies for the development of transport infrastructure at the microeconomic and macroeconomic levels. The main strategies for reforming the transport infrastructure of the national economy of Ukraine are shown. The mutual alternation of strategies is determined according to the orientation: 1) on the etatist principles of implementation; 2) on the own logic of the development of systems that self-organize and evolve under the pressure of internal and external factors. Arguments are given in favor of a greater naturalness of the transformation of the national transport network through self-organization processes, palliative reformatting of its cores and structure. The role of transport infrastructure as a key link is characterized. It is shown that it determines the effectiveness of the social division of labor, contributes to the realization of the economic potential of specialization and cooperation at the regional, national and global levels. The main trends in the evolution of the domestic transport system in recent years are outlined. The role of the economic crisis, caused by the global COVID-19 pandemic and the large-scale aggression of the moscow state, in the cardinal transformations in the functioning of transport corridors is analyzed. The directions of adjusting the microeconomic strategies of sellers in the age of the information society are revealed: 1) through mastering schemes for operational product deliveries; 2) location-oriented delivery of goods; 3) implementation of delivery procedures “to the customer’s doorstep”. The role of scientific and technological progress in the modernization of transport infrastructure, its adaptation to the conditions of the global spread of information technologies, their diffuse inclusion in the surrounding socio-economic landscape is shown. The need to expand the methodological platform for studying transport infrastructure in the age of the information society is proven by involving postmodern tools, in particular, the perception of the object of research through the prism of the rhizome autopoiesis method. | en |
