dc.description.abstractENG: Libraries play an important role in facilitating knowledge sharing and promoting lifelong learning. However, the process of knowledge sharing in a library environment is not without its challenges. This theme aims to explain the various factors that influence knowledge sharing, including organisational constraints, information technology limitations, and user behaviour. Changes in user behaviour in searching for information also continue to change along with the development of the world of technology, in the library world, of course, many collections of printed information sources are interesting but are starting to be less used by users as digital collections develop. Therefore, the innovation of audio-visual collections is one of the solutions for today's users who are more interested in collections that are audio-visual. By exploring these barriers, researchers and practitioners can gain a comprehensive understanding of the obstacles librarians and library users face in their efforts to share and access knowledge. Ultimately, the paper aims to sensitise libraries to adapt to the evolving information landscape and further their mission of linking. dc.description.abstractUKR: Бібліотеки відіграють важливу роль у сприянні обміну знаннями та просуванні навчання впродовж життя. Однак процес обміну знаннями в бібліотечному середовищі не позбавлений викликів. Ця тема має на меті пояснити різні фактори, що впливають на обмін знаннями, включаючи організаційні обмеження, обмеження інформаційних технологій та поведінку користувачів. Зміни в поведінці користувачів при пошуку інформації також продовжують змінюватися разом з розвитком світу технологій, в бібліотечному світі, звичайно, багато колекцій друкованих джерел інформації є цікавими, але починають все менше використовуватися користувачами з розвитком цифрових колекцій. Тому інновація аудіовізуальних колекцій є одним з рішень для сучасних користувачів, які більше зацікавлені в колекціях, що є аудіовізуальними. Досліджуючи ці бар'єри, дослідники і практики можуть отримати всебічне розуміння перешкод, з якими стикаються бібліотекарі і користувачі бібліотек у своїх зусиллях ділитися знаннями і отримувати до них доступ. Зрештою, цей документ має на меті допомогти бібліотекам адаптуватися до інформаційного ландшафту, що змінюється, і сприяти виконанню їхньої місії налагодження зв'язків.
