| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Мета. Забезпечення якості валів валків-кристалізаторів за рахунок поліпшення охолодження на машинобудівному підприємстві. Методика. Проведена робота щодо створення та вдосконалення технологічного процесу виробництва валів валків-кристалізаторів агрегату валкової розливки-прокатки. Результати. Розглянуті можливості струменево - абразивної обробки заготовок з метою зменшення шорсткості поверхонь. Головною перевагою є можливість зменшення шорсткості поверхні складного профілю. Проведені дослідження виявили переваги обробки деталей під впливом механічного удару. Застосування абразивної маси, що забезпечує таку обробку, дозволяє зменшувати енерговитрати. Спираючись на теоретичні і експериментальні дослідження обрано матеріали, які забезпечують максимальну продуктивність і мінімальну шорсткість оброблюваних поверхонь. Наукова новизна. Уперше розглянуто можливості струменево-абразивного методу виготовлення отворів для подачі охолоджуючої рідини у внутрішні пустоти валків-кристалізаторів з метою забезпечення високої якості валків-кристалізаторів. Все це дозволяє підвищити якість отриманих валковою розливкою-прокаткою штаб, а також покращити умови роботи самих валків-кристалізаторів. Практична значущість. Реалізація досліджень за цими напрямками дозволить створити єдиний контрольно-мотиваційний механізм забезпечення якості продукції. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: Purpose. Ensuring the quality of shafts of twin-roll casting rolls by improving cooling at the machine-building enterprise. Methodology. The work on the creation and improvement of the technological process of production of the roll shafts of the twin-roll casting unit. Findings. Possibilities of jet - abrasive processing of preparations for the purpose of reduction of roughness of surfaces are considered. The main advantage is the ability to reduce the surface roughness of a complex profile. Studies have shown the benefits of machining parts under the influence of mechanical shock. The use of abrasive mass, which provides such treatment, reduces energy consumption. Based on theoretical and experimental studies, materials are s elected that provide maximum productivity and minimum roughness of treated surfaces. Originality. For the first time, the possibilities of the jet-abrasive method of making holes for supplying coolant to the internal cavities of the twin-roll casting rolls in order to ensure high quality twin-roll casting rolls are considered. All this allows to improve the quality of the obtained by rolling and rolling staff, as well as to improve the working conditions of the rolls themselves. Practical value. Implementation of research in these areas will create a single control and motivational mechanism for product quality. | en |
