Abstract
UKR: У статті показано роль психології спорту, основні її цілі та завдання. Розкриті питання щодо соціально-психологічних особливостей у спортивній команді, описані фактори сумісності членів спортивної команди, роль психологічного клімату у команді.
ENG: The article shows the role of sports psychology, its main goals and tasks. The questions regarding the socio-psychological characteristics of the sports team are revealed, the compatibility factors of the members of the sports team, the role of the psychological climate in the team are described.
