Abstract
UKR: Воркшоп «Відшукуємо внутрішні резерви в UniLibNSD 2023» (в рамках VIІІ Міжнародної конференції «University Library at a New Stage of Social Communications Development». Тема 2023 «Бібліотека та управління знаннями в кризовий час»), присвячений питанням роботи бібліотек та бібліотечних послуг у кризові часи. Розглядаються такі теми: моделі та характеристика бібліотечної гостинності, комунікація з користувачами, навчання інформаційним компетентностям, психологічна підтримка.
ENG: Workshop "Finding Internal Reserves in UniLibNSD 2023" (within the framework of the VIII International Conference "University Library at a New Stage of Social Communications Development. Theme 2023 "Library and Knowledge Management in Times of Crisis") is dedicated to the work of libraries and library services in times of crisis. The following topics are being considered: models and characteristics of library hospitality, communication with users, information competence training, psychological support.
