dc.description.abstractENG: Purpose. It consists in improving the structuring of the factors of international competitiveness of the enterprise. Methodology. System-structural analysis and the method of logical generalization were used to clarify the essence of international competitiveness and factors of its improvement at the enterprise level, factor and critical analysis - to substantiate the role of intellectual capital as a key factor of international competitiveness in the conditions of globalization of the world economy. Findings. The work proves the necessity of dividing the factors of international competitiveness of the enterprise into tangible and intangible ones. The essence and structure of intangible factors of the international competitiveness of the enterprise were analyzed. The leading role of the enterprise's intellectual capital in increasing international competitiveness, which meets the requirements of the innovative development of the world economy, is determined. Management capital acquires the status of an integrating element of intellectual capital, acts as a driving factor in the growth of the quality of human, informational and organizational capital of the enterprise. The effectiveness of the management decision-making system, i.e. the ability to successfully develop business, create new, more advanced technologies, brands, acquires much greater value for increasing competitiveness compared to the already accumulated technological potential, tangible assets of the enterprise. Originality. The analysis of the factors of the international competitiveness of the enterprise enables the conclusion that the innovative development of the economy is characterized by changes in the structure of intellectual capital, which is traditionally represented by the human, informational and organizational capital of the enterprise. In contrast to their existing classification, it is advisable to single out management capital as an independent component, based on the growing role of the management factor in increasing the international competitiveness of the enterprise. Practical value. The conclusions of the work can be used in the process of improving the corporate governance system of the enterprise.en
dc.description.abstractUKR: Мета. Полягає в удосконаленні структурування факторів міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Методика. Використано системно-структурний аналіз та метод логічного узагальнення для уточнення сутності міжнародної конкурентоспроможності та факторів її підвищення на рівні підприємства, факторний та критичний аналіз – для обґрунтування ролі інтелектуального капіталу як ключового фактору міжнародної конкурентоспроможності в умовах глобалізації світової економіки. Результати. В роботі доведено необхідність ділення факторів міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємства на матеріальні та нематеріальні. Проаналізовано сутність та структуру нематеріальних факторів міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Визначено провідну роль інтелектуального капіталу підприємства у підвищенні міжнародної конкурентоспроможності, що відповідає вимогам інноваційного розвитку світової економіки. Управлінський капітал набуває статусу інтегруючого елемента інтелектуального капіталу, виступає рушійним фактором зростання якості людського, інформаційного та організаційного капіталу підприємства. Ефективність системи прийняття управлінських рішень, тобто здатність успішно розвивати бізнес, створювати нові, більш досконалі технології, бренди, набуває значно більшої цінності для підвищення конкурентоспроможності порівняно до вже нагромадженого технологічного потенціалу, матеріальних активів підприємства. Наукова новизна. Аналіз факторів міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємства уможливлює висновок, що інноваційний розвиток економіки характеризується змінами структури інтелектуального капіталу. На відміну від існуючої їх класифікації, доцільно виокремити управлінський капітал як самостійний компонент, виходячи із зростаючої ролі фактору управління у підвищенні міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Практична значимість. Висновки роботи можуть бути використані в процесі удосконалення системи корпоративного управління підприємством.uk_UA
