| dc.description.abstract | UK: Розглядаються основні напрями розвитку відтворювального процесу в аграрному секторі на регіональному рівні для забезпечення його вдосконалення відповідно до стратегії розвитку економіки регіональних АПК, враховуючи сучасні тенденції у змінах ринкової кон'юнктури, що дозволяє підвищити ефективність агропромислового виробництва. Щоб ефективно забезпечити процес відтворення в аграрній сфері регіональних АПК, слід сам процес відтворення розглядати в цілому по АПК регіону на необхідності оптимізації основних виробничо-економічних співвідношень в фазах агропромислового виробництва (виробництво, заготівля, транспортування, зберігання, переробка продукції, що характеризує сам процес відтворення: виробництво, розподіл, обмін і споживання). Взявши на себе зобов'язання перейти на європейські технічні регламенти в Україні на регіональному рівні необхідно врахувати інституційні зміни в економіці, вплив на структуру, методи і форми управління відтворювальним процесом. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | RU: Рассматриваются основные направления развития воспроизводственного процесса в аграрном секторе на региональном уровне для обеспечения его совершенствования в соответствии со стратегией развития экономики региональных АПК, учитывая современные тенденции в изменениях рыночной конъюнктуры, что позволяет повысить эффективность агропромышленного производства. Чтобы эффективно обеспечить процесс воспроизводства в аграрной сфере региональных АПК, следует сам процесс воспроизводства рассматривать в целом по АПК региона необходимость оптимизации основных производственно-экономических соотношений в фазах агропромышленного производства (производство, заготовка, транспортировка, хранение, переработка продукции характеризует сам процесс воспроизводства: производство, распределение, обмен и потребление). Взяв на себя обязательства перейти на европейские технические регламенты в Украине на региональном уровне должны учитываться институциональные изменения в экономике, влияние на ее структуру, методы и формы управления воспроизводственным процессом. | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | EN: The main directions of the reproductive process development in the agricultural sector at the regional level are considered to ensure its improvement according to the regional economic agribusiness development strategy taking into account the current trends in changes of market conditions that can increase the effectiveness of agricultural production. In the reproduction process of regional agro-industrial production in scientific and practical terms extremely important is the system of production and economic relations in each stage of the process, i.e., some typical combination of natural and economic laws that characterize the state of internal and external production and economic relations and determine the enterprises operating. In ensuring effective reproductive process in agricultural organizations the regulation in the agricultural production stage is important i.e., the price regulation, the application of reasonable prices on farm products, control of variable and fixed expenses, the level of crops and animal productivity, profitability and financial stability of organizations. The product and money distribution stage includes the economic regulation which should consist of the sales proportion regulating and the balance of funds allocated through various channels. The products exchange stage includes elimination of the disparity in prices for products, regulation of products exchange in terms of cooperation and agroindustrial integration, argumentation of the optimal proportion of agricultural raw materials costs and the price of the final product. The consumption stage includes the resource consumption regulation of households and their units, the consumption of natural products by sector workers under remuneration of labour. To effectively ensure the agricultural sector reproduction in regional agriculture, the process of reproduction should be considered in the whole of each agribusiness region, paying attention to the necessity of the basic production and economic relations optimization in the agricultural production stages (production, preparation, transportation, storage, products processing, which describes the process of reproduction: production, distribution, exchange and consumption). Assuming the commitment to develop into European technical regulations in Ukraine at the regional level, it is necessary to consider the institutional changes in the economy, impact on the structure, methods and forms of the management reproductive process: stage preparations optimizing and storage, regulation of raw material zones of the processing enterprises, which minimizes the average range of raw materials transportation to minimize transport costs using the methods of transport logistics. | en |
