| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Компульсивне переїдання (КП) – це розлад харчової поведінки, який являє собою стабільний та аберрантний тип харчування, що характеризується надмірним вживанням їжі протягом 55 певного періоду, що супроводжується відчуттям втрати контролю над вжитим та супроводжується відчуттям сорому або відрази. Метою дослідження було дослідити показники КП, тривоги та депресії під час військового конфлікту у студентів технічних закладів вищої освіти. Було проведено одномоментне поперечне епідеміологічне дослідження. Анкета включала питання щодо скарг, критеріїв КП за DSM-5. Наявність КП також визначали за шкалою BES, наявність депресивного розладу оцінювали в використанням опитувальника PHQ-9. Рівень тривоги визначали за шкалою GAD-7. Первинна вибірка включила 30 осіб –студентів технічних вищих навчальних закладів зі звичайним доступом до їжі середнім віком 21,2±1,13 роки, більшість яких складали чоловіки – 67%. Поширеність КП в даній групі склала 16,7% (5/30) при використанні лише критеріїв КП за DSM-5 та 13,3% (4/30) при використанні шкали BES. Описові статистичні показники за шкалами BES, PHQ-9 та GAD-7 свідчили, що за шкалою BES вибірка не переїдала (М=10,06±6,82), мала легкий рівень депресії (М=7,53±4,70) та легкий рівень тривоги (М=5,76±4,13). За всіма показниками встановлена статистично достовірна відмінність показників за статтю. Встановлено, що легкий рівень депресії статистично значимо збільшує шанс розвитку КП в 13,0 разів (95% ДІ 3,551–47,598) за шкалою BES та в 10,0 разів (95% ДІ 2,940–34,008) за критеріями DSM-5. В той же час, легкий рівень тривоги статистично значимо підвищує шанси розвитку КП в 8,5 рази (95% ДІ 2,371–30,467) за шкалою BES та в 6,538 рази (95% ДІ 1,967–21,740) за критеріями DSM-5. Отримані данні свідчать про поширеність симптомів тривоги та депресії серед студентів і їх зв’язок з симптоми КП під час сильних стресових подій, таких як війна, що підтверджується іншими схожими дослідженнями. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: Compulsive binge eating (BED) is an eating disorder that is a stable and aberrant type of eating characterized by excessive food consumption over a period of time, accompanied by a sense of loss of control over what is consumed and accompanied by feelings of shame or disgust. The aim of the study was to investigate indicators of KP, anxiety and depression during the military conflict in students of technical institutions of higher education. A one-time cross-sectional epidemiological study was conducted. The questionnaire included questions about complaints, CP criteria according to DSM-5. The presence of KP was also determined by the BES scale, the presence of a depressive disorder was assessed using the PHQ-9 questionnaire. The level of anxiety was determined using the GAD-7 scale. The primary sample included 30 students of technical higher education institutions with regular access to food with an average age of 21.2±1.13 years, most of whom were men - 67%. The prevalence of CP in this group was 16.7% (5/30) when using only CP criteria according to DSM-5 and 13.3% (4/30) when using the BES scale. Descriptive statistics on the BES, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 scales showed that the sample did not overeat (M=10.06±6.82), had a mild level of depression (M=7.53±4.70) on the BES scale and mild level of anxiety (M=5.76±4.13). For all indicators, a statistically significant difference in indicators by gender was established. It was established that a mild level of depression statistically significantly increases the chance of developing CP by 13.0 times (95% CI 3.551–47.598) according to the BES scale and by 10.0 times (95% CI 2.940–34.008) according to DSM-5 criteria. At the same time, a mild level of anxiety statistically significantly increases the chances of developing CP by 8.5 times (95% CI 2.371–30.467) according to the BES scale and by 6.538 times (95% CI 1.967–21.740) according to DSM-5 criteria. The obtained data indicate the prevalence of anxiety and depression symptoms among students and their relationship with CP symptoms during severe stressful events, such as war, which is supported by other similar studies. | en |
