dc.description.abstractUKR: Вступ. Війна Росії проти України стала фактором переосмислення ролі фізичної культури і спорту в соціальному контексті. Якщо раніше основна увага ДЮСШ була зосереджена на підготовці спортсменів до змагань і участі у спортивних подіях, то в умовах війни ці пріоритети змістилися. Спортивні школи відіграють важливу роль у реабілітації дітей і підлітків, які зазнали травм або пережили потрясіння внаслідок війни. Метою дослідження є фіксація та відстеження сукупності думок опитаних експертів стосовно аспектів впливу війни на діяльність ДЮСШ. Методи дослідження. Дослідження проведене у Придніпровській державний академії фізичної культури і спорту. Основний метод збору матеріалу – експертне опитування через анкетування. Всього для створення експертної групи було опитано 15 директорів дитячо-юнацьких спортивних шкіл системи освіти Дніпропетровської області. Результати. На основі отриманих результатів можна зробити узагальнення щодо стану діяльності дитячо-юнацьких спортивних шкіл в умовах воєнних дій в Україні на прикладі Дніпропетровської області. Дослідження показало, що основні зміни у стані діяльності ДЮСШ в період з 2022 по 2024 рр. безпосередньо пов’язані з наслідками війни. Це підтверджує висновок про те, що військові дії мають значний вплив на всі сфери життя в Україні, включаючи спорт. Адже багато кращих тренерів і спортсменів мобілізовані до Збройних сил України, що позначається на якості фізичної підготовки молоді. Висновки. Загалом війна Росії проти України має суттєвий і негативний вплив на діяльність дитячо-юнацьких спортивних шкіл. Майже всі респонденти визнають, що зміни, які відбулися в цих закладах у період 2022-2024 рр., пов’язані з воєнними діями. Це підкреслює необхідність приділяти особливу увагу відновленню спортивної інфраструктури та підтримці ДЮСШ в умовах війни та після її завершення.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: Introduction. Russia’s war against Ukraine became a factor in rethinking the role of physical culture and sports in the social context. If earlier the main focus of the State Academy of Arts and Sciences was focused on the preparation of athletes for competitions and participation in sports events, then in the conditions of the war, these priorities shifted. Sports schools play an important role in the rehabilitation of children and adolescents who have been traumatized or traumatized by war. The purpose of the study is to record and track the opinion of the interviewed experts regarding the aspects of the impact of the war on the activities of the State University of Education and Culture. Research methods. The study was conducted at the Dnipro State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports. The main method of collecting material is an expert survey through a questionnaire. In total, 15 directors of children’s and youth sports schools of the education system of the Dnipropetrovsk region were interviewed to create an expert group. The results. On the basis of the obtained results, it is possible to generalize about the state of activity of children’s and youth sports schools in the conditions of military operations in Ukraine using the example of the Dnipropetrovsk region. The study showed that the main changes in the state of activity of the State University in the period from 2022 to 2024 are directly related to the consequences of the war. This confirms the conclusion that military actions have a significant impact on all spheres of life in Ukraine, including sports. After all, many of the best coaches and athletes are mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which affects the quality of physical training of young people. Conclusions. In general, Russia’s war against Ukraine has a significant and negative impact on the activities of children’s and youth sports schools. Almost all respondents admit that the changes that took place in these institutions in the period 2022-2024 are related to military actions. This emphasizes the need to pay special attention to the restoration of the sports infrastructure and the support of the Youth Sports Academy in the conditions of the war and after its end.en
