dc.description.abstractENG: Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the role of expert evaluations in determining the effectiveness of intellectual and innovative technologies. Methodology. Optimization methods, management decision-making methods, as well as mathematical apparatus, are the basis for building a model for determining the effectiveness of intellectual and innovative technologies. Findings. The method of expert evaluations is an important tool for determining the efficiency of intellectual and innovative technologies. Its use allows obtaining objective data and forecasts regarding the potential and prospects for the development of innovations, which creates prerequisites for further improving the competitiveness of enterprises and the economy as a whole. The method of additive convolution of criteria allows you to systematize the decision-making process in the conditions of complex systems with many criteria, which helps to make the process more objective and effective. Originality. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the application of the additive convolution method, since the indicators of the ideal option will be obtained only among the available alternatives, and not globally for determining the effectiveness of intellectual and innovative technologies. Practical value. The results of the research allow us to conclude that expert evaluations are one of the convenient and effective methods of analyzing and determining the effectiveness of intellectual and innovative technologies.en
dc.description.abstractUKR: Мета. Метою статті є дослідження ролі експертних оцінок у визначенні ефективності інтелектуально-інноваційних технологій. Методика. Методи оптимізації, методи прийняття управлінських рішень а також математичний апарат, покладені в основу побудови моделі визначення ефективності інтелектуально-інноваційних технологій. Результати. Метод експертних оцінок є важливим інструментом для визначення ефективності інтелектуально-інноваційних технологій. Його використання дозволяє отримати об'єктивні дані та прогнози щодо потенціалу та перспектив розвитку інновацій, що створює передумови для подальшого покращення конкурентоспроможності підприємств та економіки в цілому. Метод адитивної згортки критеріїв дозволяє систематизувати процес прийняття рішень в умовах складних систем з багатьма критеріями, що допомагає зробити процес більш об'єктивним і ефективним.. Наукова новизна. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає в застосуванні методу адитивної згортки, оскільки показники ідеального варіанту будуть отримані лише серед наявних альтернатив, а не глобально для визначення ефективності інтелектуально-інноваційних технологій. Практична значимість. Результати дослідження дозволяють зробити висновок, що експертні оцінки виявляються одним зі зручних та ефективних методів аналізу та визначення ефективності інтелектуально-інноваційних технологій.uk_UA
