dc.description.abstractUKR: У статті присвячено огляд основних теоретичних підходів до психологічної регуляції функціональних станів фахівців в умовах виробничої діяльності. Мета статті полягає у визначенні сутності психологічної регуляції функціональних станів фахівців й розкритті її особливості в умовах харчової промисловості. Розроблено огляд методів дослідження функціонального стану і класифікацію методичних підходів, викладені їх основні положення. Обгрунтовано доцільність використання методу довільної психологічної саморегуляції для вирішення завдань психологічного забезпечення соціальної підтримки фахівців харчової промисловості.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: The article is devoted to the review of the basic theoretical approaches to the psychological regulation of functional states of specialists in the conditions of production activity. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence of psychological regulation of the functional states of specialists and to reveal its peculiarities in the food industry. An overview of methods of functional status research and classification of methodological approaches is developed, their main provisions are outlined. The expediency of using the method of arbitrary psychological self-regulation for solving the problems of psychological support of social support of food industry specialists is substantiated.en
