Abstract
UKR: У статті розглядається роль філософії як найважливішого компоненту професійної підготовки фахівця практично у всіх галузях людської діяльності. Викладання філософії покликане сформувати моральну культуру фахівця, допомогти сформувати йому основні сенсожиттєві орієнтири. У цьому плані філософія виконує свою світоглядну, гуманістичну та прикладну функції, допомагаючи молодій людині зорієнтуватися в категоріях добра і зла та навчитися реалізовувати на практиці вищі цінності. У вільному та відкритому суспільстві викладання філософії – не повідомлення безперечних істин, не нав'язування власної позиції, а створення можливості та атмосфери вільного судження у сфері світоглядних проблем та вільного вибору світоглядної культури. Одним із пріоритетних завдань педагога є ознайомлення студента з величезним обсягом знань, накопичених у галузі філософії, інших гуманітарних дисциплін, представивши матеріал цілісно та впорядковано. Специфіка філософії у тому, що це особлива сфера знання. Її не можна вивчити як сукупність формул. Це постійний рух думки, це прагнення осмислити, зрозуміти, змінити щось у собі, стимул працювати над собою. Філософія не залишає життя майбутнього фахівця з отриманням оцінки за іспит. Оцінка лише констатація того факту, що студентом отримано та засвоєно певний обсяг знань. Протягом всього життя вона продовжує формувати його світогляд, коригуючи та доповнюючи його. Філософія як раціонально-теоретична форма світогляду, що синтезує інформаційний досвід людства, розширює кругозір студента, формує його світорозуміння та світовідчуття, дозволяє йому усвідомлено виробити свою власну систему цінностей, визначити життєві пріоритети. Все це, у свою чергу, робить майбутнього молодого фахівця більш впевненим, компетентним та щасливим у його «дорослому» житті. Безумовно, це сприяє кар’єрному зростанню, об’єктивній самовпевненості, творчому натхненню, розширює можливості спеціаліста в розробці методичних та нормативних документів, пропозицій та заходів щодо виконання розроблених проектів і програм. Протягом всього освітнього періоду в ВНЗ, коли формується світогляд майбутнього фахівця, формується також впевненість в необхідності постійної самоосвіти, професійного зростання.
ENG: The article examines the role of philosophy as an essential component of professional training in virtually all areas of human activity. The teaching of philosophy is intended to form the moral culture of a specialist, to help him/her form the basic meaningful life orientations. In this regard, philosophy fulfills its worldview, humanistic and applied functions, helping young people to navigate the categories of good and evil and learn to put higher values into practice. In a free and open society, teaching philosophy is not about communicating indisputable truths or imposing one's own position, but about creating opportunities and an atmosphere of free judgment in the field of worldview issues and free choice of worldview culture. One of the priority tasks of the teacher is to familiarize the student with the vast amount of knowledge accumulated in the field of philosophy and other humanities, presenting the material in a holistic and orderly manner. The specificity of philosophy is that it is a special field of knowledge. It cannot be studied as a set of formulas. It is a constant movement of thought, a desire to comprehend, understand, change something in oneself, an incentive to work on oneself. Philosophy does not leave the life of a future specialist with an exam grade. The grade is just a statement of the fact that the student has acquired and mastered a certain amount of knowledge. Throughout his or her life, it continues to shape his or her worldview, adjusting and supplementing it. Philosophy as a rational and theoretical form of worldview that synthesizes the information experience of mankind broadens the student's horizons, shapes his or her worldview and worldview, allows him or her to consciously develop his or her own system of values and determine life priorities. All of this, in turn, makes the future young professional more confident, competent and happy in his or her “adult” life. Of course, this contributes to career growth, objective self-confidence, creative inspiration, and expands the specialist's ability to develop methodological and regulatory documents, proposals and measures to implement the projects and programs developed. Throughout the entire educational period at a university, when the worldview of a future specialist is formed, confidence in the need for continuous self-education and professional growth is also formed.
