Abstract
UKR: Мета. Автори Розглядають питання впливу цифрової трансформації з використанням хмарних технологій на бізнес-процеси підприємства, де головним аспектом залишається створення узгодженої цифрової стратегії, здатної успішно адаптуватися до складних структур бізнес-процесів. Методика. Концепція процесу інтеграції хмарних технологій у бізнес-процеси потребує ретельного планування та впровадження на всіх рівнях, зокрема це – навчання персоналу для здобуття необхідних навичок ефективного використання хмарних технологій, зміна корпоративної культури в напрямку цифрової готовності, узгодженість інтеграції хмарних технологій відповідно до стратегічних цілей підприємства, розробка ефективних стратегій безпеки, що враховуватимуть особливості зберігання та обробки інформації у хмарі. Результати. Дефініція основних етапів цифрової трансформації: складання команди; визначення стратегії розвитку; вибір моделі трансформації; узгодження етапів роботи; підготовка співробітників; оновлення та відстеження трендів. Наукова новизна. Визначення впливу хмарних платформ на різні аспекти бізнесу. Практична значимість. Визначення переваг цифрової трансформації через опосередковане чи пряме використання хмарних технологій, а саме: підвищення якості взаємодії із клієнтами; прискорення корпоративних процесів; розширення можливостей для розвитку бізнесу; використання цифрових інструментів обробки великих потоків інформації; цифровізація відкриває нові горизонти для співробітництва та взаємодії з іншими компаніями; цифрова трансформація значно скорочує операційні витрати.
ENG: Purpose. The authors consider the impact of digital transformation with the use of cloud technologies on the business processes of the enterprise, where the main aspect remains the creation of a coherent digital strategy capable of successfully adapting to complex structures of business processes. Methodology. The concept of the process of integrating cloud technologies into business processes requires careful planning and implementation at all levels, in particular, training of personnel to acquire the necessary skills for the effective use of cloud technologies, changing the corporate culture in the direction of digital readiness, consistency of the integration of cloud technologies in accordance with the strategic goals of the enterprise, development of effective security strategies that take into account the features of information storage and processing in the cloud. Findings. Definition of the main stages of digital transformation: team building; definition of development strategy; choice of transformation model; coordination of work stages; employee training; updates and trend tracking. Originality. Determining the impact of cloud platforms on various aspects of business. Practical significance. Determining the benefits of digital transformation through the indirect or direct use of cloud technologies, namely: improving the quality of interaction with customers; acceleration of corporate processes; expanding opportunities for business development; use of digital tools for processing large flows of information; digitalization opens new horizons for cooperation and interaction with other companies; digital transformation significantly reduces operational costs.
