| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Мета. Автори ставлять за мету виявити основні шляхи подолання проблем розвитку інформаційної системи для підвищення ефективності функціонування підприємства. Методика. При дослідженні проблем розвитку інформаційних систем було використано методи узагальнення, систематизації, теорії управління проектами, стратегічного менеджменту. Результати. Виявлено, що використання «вертикальних рішень» і архітектур, що відповідають їм, часто призводить до збільшення витрат через реалізацію одних і тих самих функцій в різних місцях, різними способами. Тому найважливішою задачею є ретельне планування, яка виступає частиною складного процесу розвитку ІС на підприємстві. Визначено, що розробка стратегії розвитку ІС підприємства повинна випереджати реалізацію технологічних рішень, що забезпечить узгодженість інвестицій в технології зі стратегічними цілями фірми і створеними для їх реалізації організаційними структурами та ІС. Відповідно до цього процес планування потребує синтезу і взаємної ув'язки технологій, кадрів, ділових процесів і стратегічних принципів. Наукова новизна. Авторами визначено основні фактори впливу на процес розвитку автоматизації процесів управління бізнесом, узагальнено алгоритм дій, направлений на усунення перешкод на шляху впровадження інформаційних систем. Практична значимість. Використання алгоритму дій подолання проблем розвитку ІС підприємства допоможуть менеджерам інформаційної служби контролювати всі ресурси, розставляти пріоритети, приймати швидко рішення, що доводять переваги технології і знаходять визнання у спеціалістів по бізнесу; дозволять координувати план розвитку інформаційних технологій із задачами бізнесу. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: Purpose. The authors aim to identify the main ways to overcome the problems of information system development to increase the efficiency of the enterprise's functioning.. Methodology. Methods of generalization, systematization, project management theory, and strategic management were used in the study of the problems of information systems development.Findings. It has been found that the use of "vertical solutions" and architectures corresponding to them often leads to increased costs due to the implementation of the same functions in different places, in different ways. Therefore, the most important task is careful planning, which is part of the complex process of IS development at the enterprise. It was determined that the development of a company's IS development strategy should precede the implementation of technological solutions, which will ensure the consistency of investments in technology with the company's strategic goals and the organizational structures and IS created for their implementation. Accordingly, the planning process requires synthesis and interconnection of technologies, personnel, business processes and strategic principles. Originality. The authors identified the main influencing factors on the process of development of automation of business management processes, summarized the algorithm of actions aimed at eliminating obstacles on the way to the implementation of information systems. Practical value. The use of the algorithm of actions to overcome the problems of the enterprise's IS development will help managers of the information service to control all resources, set priorities, make quick decisions that prove the advantages of technology and find recognition among business specialists; will allow coordinating the information technology development plan with business objectives. | en |
