Item Analysis of Possibilities for Integrating the Transport System of Ukraine into the European Transport Network(Видавничий дім «Гельветика», 2023) Nesterenko, Halyna I.; Muzykin, Mykhailo I.; Strelko, Oleh H.; Bibik, Svitlana I.; Aleksieieva, A. O.ENG: This article is devoted to the analysis of transport networks of such European countries as Ukraine, Hungary, and Romania. The article provides an analysis of the peculiarities in the movement organization in these countries. The transport systems of these countries were researched since during the war the issue of the interaction of the automobile transport networks exactly in these countries became particularly relevant. After all, there are incredibly long queues at the checkpoints in Poland because of strikes by Polish customs officers. And, therefore, the routes through Romania and Hungary are the most realistic both during the export of goods from Ukraine and to import humanitarian goods. The joint use of Europe's integrated systems is a necessary component in the organization of the effective operation of road transport, as it ensures increased efficiency in the use of the motor vehicle fleet and personnel; reduction of costs for maintenance, fuel, lubricants due to optimization of routes and reduction of non-productive vehicle mileage; reduction of the need to expand the motor vehicle fleet; clearer prospective planning of work based on objective information about the real mileage of each vehicle unit and reduction of losses related to repairs and expansion of the range of services and prompt response to requests. It is advisable to conduct further research in the direction of adapting the use of augmented reality technology in the driver's navigation systems.Item Formulation of the Mathematical Model for the Planning System in the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail(IOP Publishing, 2020) Bibik, Svitlana I.; Strelko, Oleh; Nesterenko, Halyna I.; Muzykin, Mykhailo I.; Kuzmenko, AlbinaENG: The paper aims to the topical issue of improving the system in the planning of carriage of dangerous goods by rail subject to ensuring a high level of safety of the transport process and minimal costs for its implementation. Formalization of this process leads to the formation of an optimization task of the two-stage mathematical model. To implement the first stage, a mathematical model in searching the best route based on risk minimization is developed. In order to exclude the unacceptably complex and expensive options for the carriage of dangerous goods from the many possible routes, the authors abided by the condition not to exceed the critical operating costs. The second stage in the process of planning routes for dangerous goods takes into account the hazard identification study in the technological process of car movement with dangerous goods. Considering that the probability of a potential traffic accident is a complex random variable, which is due to a set of elementary previously unknown events, its estimation was made on the basis of the Bayesian approach. Based on the simulation results, the following reliability values are determined at which a transport accident should not emerge.Item Improvement of the Automated Control Technology of Trains Traffic with Dangerous Goods(IEEE, 2021) Bibik, Svitlana I.; Nesterenko, Halyna I.; Muzykin, Mykhailo I.; Kuzmenko, AlbinaENG: This article is devoted to the actual issue of improving the automated control technology of trains traffic with dangerous goods due to the addition of the existing set of tasks. These tasks are solved on the basis of operating automatized working places of dispatching personnel, by the software for decision-making support system developed on the basis of the graph of the Bayesian Belief Network that describes the security status of trains traffic en route. The scientific value of the article lies in the development of new technology for planning and managing the transport of dangerous goods through intelligent support for decisions at the tactical and operational levels.Item Strategic Approach to Sustainable Development of Railway Transport and Optimizing the Use of Empty Cars in Organizing Transportation of Dangerous Goods(IOP Publishing Ltd, 2024) Strelko, Oleh H.; Muzykin, Mykhailo I.; Nesterenko, Halyna I.; Bibik, Svitlana I.; Soloviova, O. S.ENG: Under present-day conditions in the development of the transport market, organizing the transportation of dangerous goods by rail is an urgent task, considering the specific properties of the impact of dangerous goods on technical devices, human health, and the environment. The number of parameters influencing the safety of the transportation process is quite large, therefore, programs for the safe and sustainable development of railway transport must involve protection from all possible sources of danger. The strategy for sustainable development of railway transport should be based on improving regulatory and technical documentation, developing safe technology for eliminating the consequences of emergencies, developing network computer technologies, and improving vehicles and transportation technology. Since the transportation of dangerous goods represents a significant share of the total transportation of goods, including railway transport, the research outlined in the presented work is aimed at solving some aspects of this strategy, which as a result forms a strategic approach to the sustainable development of railway transport when organizing the transportation of dangerous goods. In this paper, considering modern conditions for the development of railway transport, it is proposed to comprehensively implement the assigned task with a new approach by introducing a system of operational control during the transportation and temporary storage of dangerous goods and applying the developed method for the optimal distribution of empty cars among cargo checkpoints in the organization of the transportation process.
