Item Economic Prerequisites for Improving the Adaptation Capabilities of Transport Construction Enterprises for Perfectibility Their Productivity(Odessa National Economic University, 2022) Bereza, Ivan V.; Bashmakov, Maksym S.; Chernova, Natalia S.ENG: The article considers current directions for improving the economic condition of transport construction enterprises in the crisis phenomena conditions, both in the transport industry and in the country as a whole. The purpose of article is research and economic substantiation of the possibility of improving the economic condition of transport construction enterprises due to the improvement of their adaptation capabilities, better application of all productive potential to market demands of the transport industry. Research methodology involves the use of methods: empirical research (comparison, observation), theoretical research (ascending from the abstract to the concrete), general scientific methods (abstraction and concretization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy), etc. The relevance of solution to the scientific problem defined in the article is that in conditions of increased requirements for the quality parameters of maintenance and service of transport construction facilities, limited funds for transport construction enterprises, there are requirements for increasing productivity and efficiency of activity. The results of the study are as follows: indicators of monitoring the state of transport construction enterprises, which reflect the market potential of such enterprises, taking into account the requests of the transport industry, in the conditions of harmonization of the key directions of activity of the national economy main branches of Ukraine to the world economic formation, are determined. The originality and practical value of the research lies in the fact that the article systematizes the key performance indicators of transport construction enterprises, which affect their productivity and efficiency. The conclusions of the study are as follows: it is shown that the stabilization of fixed assets technical condition of JSC “Ukrainian Railways” through the reproduction of railway infrastructure will provide an opportunity to ensure the strategic development and effective functioning of railway transport, to ensure the necessary level of throughput and carrying capacity, safety of train traffic, which will ultimately increase competitiveness railway transport and the state’s defense capability.Item Model of Calculation of the Cost of Acquisition of Access to Objects of City Passenger Infrastructure With Accounting of the Participation of Transport Construction Enterprises in their Development Processes(Одеський національний економічний університет, 2018) Bereza, Ivan V.; Mishchenko, Maksym I.EN: The necessity of perfection of methodology of tariff formation for passenger urban transport, based on measures on development of transport infrastructure and the role of enterprises of transport construction in these processes is substantiated. The high level of depreciation of fixed assets is highlighted. The main problem of setting fees for the use of urban passenger infrastructure is that the necessity to pay carriers for the economic benefits that they generate is not always understood and not by everyone. The methodical approaches to operational analysis of costs are improved, which, unlike existing ones, is based on the nonlinear dependencies of costs, the profit of construction organizations on the reproduction of transport infrastructure objects, which allows us to find the optimal "cost-benefit" ratio, according to which decisions are justified on the expediency of realization of reproductive activity. In seven European countries introduced a so-called two-element structure of the tariff with fixed and variable components. The first one is determined by means of dependencies between the planned needs of the carrier and constant expenses for the use of objects of the city passenger infrastructure. The variable is determined by the use of network resources. One element is calculated based on the actual operating distance, ie, the charge is directly proportional to the actual use of the intensity of operational activity. It is in the one-element structure that most marginal expenditures are determined on the basis of statistical data, which greatly simplifies the methodology for determining their level. However, the significant disadvantage of the one-element structure is the low level of substantiation of part of fixed-term expenditures. Further development of methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of the management system for reproduction activity of transport infrastructure objects was obtained on the basis of indicators of assessing the effectiveness of performing certain functions of transport construction enterprises through the development of a generalized indicator for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the processes of managing the reproduction of fixed assets.Item Technological Management of Innovations in Logistics(Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy, Kaunas, Lithuania, 2023) Lozhachevska, Olena; Bashmakov, Maksym S.; Petchenko, Maryna; Orlova-Kurilova, Olga; Bereza, Ivan V.; Krasnoshtan, Olexander; Miroshnichenko, OleksiiENG: The article considers the problems of development and assessment of technological management of innovations in logistics. It is determined that the system of indicators that are used for this assessment remains a controversial point in the assessment of technological management of innovations in logistics. An open question is also the selection of factors that can influence the effectiveness of technological management of innovations in logistics. On this basis, a methodology for assessing technological management of innovation in logistics is proposed. The methodology is developed using adaptive methods, the parameters of which change depending on changes in the real values of the indicator in a retrospective period, Brown's models and the method of the main modified component. This methodology will allow stakeholders to optimize logistics activities, plan the costs of such activities and diversify risks from such activities. A downward trend of innovations in logistics and their financing has been identified, which requires the formation of state support measures. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of technological innovation management in logistics.
