Accordingly, further development and approval of the corrective behavioral method of psychoprophylaxis against a wider background is necessary in order to recommend its use to specialists in behavioral economics.Item Determinants of Opposition to Modern Cultural Diffusion in the Theory of L. Vygotsky(Scientific Center of Innovative Researches OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia), 2025) Sizov, Vitalii; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Slavska, Yanina; Alforov, OleksanrENG: The article deals with the essence and meaning of the cultural-historical theory of L. Vygotsky, who revealed the social nature of formation of a personality's mental qualities. The main objective of the study is to analyze the trends of multiculturalism as a counterbalance to the process of cultural diffusion. The study highlights the elements of pedagogical technology, which should be based on a cultural and historical basis and, in turn, provides support for the formation of a general concept of education in society. The psychological features of understanding the patterns of the pedagogy development and the formation of methodological basis of the pedagogical science in the modern socio-cultural space are stated. According to L. Vygotsky's concept, the cultural development of a child involves a process in which biological characteristics (ability to remember and think) are transformed into social ones, and the social ones are transformed into psychological ones, modifying the mechanisms of cognitive processes of manifestation and development of memory and thinking. L. Vygotsky substantiates that with this development, the reflex mechanisms fade into the background, but the socio-cultural ones become a priority. The sources characterizing social relations and social interaction, which can become an internal higher mental function, are analyzed. In the act of experiencing, their dramatic collision is melted down and results in a change of the personality structure, becoming an act of development. The topic of social relations that form patterns and models of behaviour is actualized. The emphasis is made on the fact that social relations are not always reduced to collective ones, the sociality can serve as a source of personal experience. The concept of a sign is considered, where consciousness manipulates symbols and concepts. Thus, the cultural-historical theory of L. Vygotsky as an example of cultural relativism can be opposed to modern processes of cultural diffusion.Item Development of Non-Professional Physical Education Among Students: Literature Review of Psychological and Pedagogical Support(Scientific Center of Innovative Research OÜ (Estonia), 2023) Prykhodko, Volodymyr; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Burlakova, Iryna; Slavska, Yanina; Cherednichenko, OleksiiENG: In the case of specialties called "civilian", the focus is not on the nature and specificity of official operations using physical qualities, as is the case in the practice of professional physical training, but other approaches. The purpose of the research is to actualize the need and reveal the essence of such an aspect of physical education as non-professional physical education of students. The methods of theoretical research, study and generalization of data from literary sources, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction are used. An innovative approach to strengthening the educational component of the educational discipline "Physical Culture" in institutions of general secondary education and "Physical Education" in institutions of higher education has been transformed into research and practice in a number of countries. Nonprofessional physical education is a high level of physical education. The main sign of education is the inclusion of a person in physical activity. In institutions of higher education, this is a pedagogical process that should "close" the long-term withdrawal of youth with physical education. The results of the formation of the theoretical thinking of the projective type necessary for an educated person are foreseen. In the course of such conscious physical education, which is not the same as physical literacy, the values and goals of using physical education in various situations, which are constantly changing, are formed. These are also abilities necessary for creating an image of "myself in the future", designing and implementing systems of own physical education classes. Non-professional physical education of students of civil specialties should contribute to the formation of a person capable of using physical education. Non-professional physical education is singled out as an independent direction, which is determined by the characteristics of the personality of adults: the complexity of organizing reflection, communication, understanding, self-determination of a person and goal setting. The results of the research can be useful and applied in practice by specialists in physical culture and education.Item Formation of the Motivation Component of Value Orientation in Children 6-7 Years Old During Mini-Basketball Classes(«Public Administration and Law Review» is Scientific Center of Innovative Research OÜ (Estonia), 2024) Mitova, Olena; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Slavska, Yanina; Cherednichenko, OleksiiENG: In the case of the first year of mini-basketball lessons for children, the emphasis is not on the nature and specificity of training actions using physical qualities, as is the case in the practice of professional physical training, but on other approaches. The purpose of the study is to actualize the need and reveal the essence of such an aspect of physical education as a motivational component of value orientations. The methods of theoretical research, study and generalization of data from literary sources, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, empirical research are used. An innovative approach to strengthening the motivational component of the educational discipline of value orientations in mini-basketball classes has gained scientific and practical application in a number of countries. Mini-basketball is a high level of dynamic physical education and sport. The main feature of education is the inclusion of the child in motor activity. In sports facilities, this is a pedagogical process that should "close" a child's long-term withdrawal from physical education. The results of the formation of the value-based thinking of the projective type necessary for the child are foreseen. In the course of such conscious physical education, which is not the same as physical activity, the values and goals of using physical education in various game situations are formed, which are constantly changing. These are also the abilities necessary to create a motivational image of "myself in the future", design and implement systems of own minibasketball lessons. Systematic physical education of children should contribute to the formation of a motivated personality. Playing minibasketball stands out as an independent direction, which is determined by the characteristics of the child's personality: the complexity of organizing reflection, communication, understanding, self-determination and goal setting. The results of the research can be useful and applied in practice by physical culture and sports specialists.Item Improving the Development of Sports in the Conditions of Ukraine: a Sociological Study(The legal entity "ASPECT-PRO" LTD, Bulgaria, 2023) Prykhodko, Volodymyr; Sheviakov, Oleksii ; Dolbysheva, Nina; Cherednichenko, OleksiiENG: The purpose of the article was to record and track, based on a set of indicators, the opinion of experts regarding the practice of using the "sports region" effect to improve the development of the field of sports in the conditions of a separate region and Ukraine. Methods. The main method of collecting empirical material is an expert survey using a questionnaire. The methods of extrapolation, exploratory and normative forecasting were used to analyze the obtained statistical material. The results. Taking into account the existence of "sports regions" should be an important part of the strategy for the development of Olympic and nonOlympic sports in Ukraine, as this is confirmed by the support of experts. To achieve this, sports organizations and authorities should develop plans aimed at supporting the development of sports in individual regions. Scientific novelty. The study revealed the peculiarities of the development of the sphere of sports in the conditions of Ukraine. The practical significance. In view of supporting the development of sports that already have long-term and steady success, it is important to provide financial support, infrastructural base and promote the popularization of these sports in the areas where they are most developed. To achieve faster results in sportsmanship, the allocation of resources and support to athletes and teams from regions that already have a high level of achievement should be promoted. Institutions of higher education in the regions of Ukraine should include in the planning of scientific research the analysis of "sports regions" to improve the scientific base and development of sports.Item Innovative and Psychological Climate in the Sociohumanitarian Discourse of Talent Development in the Field of Sports(Дніпропетровський державний університет внутрішніх справ, Дніпро, 2024) Krasilshchikov, Oleksandr; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Burlakova, IrynaENG: Procedures for preliminary and final identification of talented athletes are proposed, which are confirmed theoretically and practically with the expectation of certain results for the development of talents. With high-quality teaching of physical education and a regular opportunity to fully engage in school physical education, it is possible to set the goal of increasing the number of "motorically" gifted and physically developed children at any school age. If this goal is achieved, the number of children with "activated" potential, who are ready to undergo thorough procedures for identifying and identifying talents, can increase many times, thanks to: a) increasing the probability of identifying a child as talented; b) simplifying the work of coaches in recognizing and identifying talent among hundreds of proven potentially talented children for further development of their talent for sports and through sports.Item Philosophical and Sociocultural Dimensions of Personality Psychological Security(Дніпропетровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2018) Blynova, O. Y.; Holovkova, Liudmyla S.; Sheviakov, OleksiiENG: Purpose. The dynamics and pace of social and economic transformations that are characteristic of modern society, lead to an increase in tension and the destruction of habitual stereotypes – ideals, values, norms, patterns of behaviour that unite people. These moments encourage us to rethink the understanding of "security" essence, in particular, psychological, which emphasizes the urgency of its study in the philosophical and sociocultural coordinates. Theoretical basis of the research is based on the philosophical methodology of K. Jaspers, E. Fromm and the A. Maslow’s psychological approach to understanding of a person. Originality. Psychological security is considered at different levels: first and foremost, society is a characteristic of social security, that is an analysis of how today’s social technologies, social changes affect the quality of life of the country’s population; secondly, the social environment – the family, the immediate environment, reference groups, training teams; thirdly, a person is an experience of his own security-insecurity, when it is possible to talk about the manifestations of psychological violence, when certain behavioral acts contribute to the violation of the security of the other or to selfdestruction. It is found out that the knowledge of psychological security is closely connected with the sociohistorical conditions of being, with the level of development of material and spiritual culture, with the interests and values prevailing in society, which determines its ontological, epistemological and axiological features. The presented issue is considered in the correlation of psychological security with types of scientific rationality – classical, nonclassical and post-nonclassical approaches, within the framework of which various perspectives, aspects, forms and types of psychological security are studied. Conclusions. The concept of security requires a systematic description of its manifestations, types, levels, concepts: security as the absence of dangers (based on the principle of dichotomy, that is, a certain whole consisting of two opposite parts, in this case, the whole is human existence); security as a certain activity to ensure or to prevent any threats or dangers (activity approach); security as a conscious necessity, the value of the individual. The study systematizes various ideas about psycho-logical security in accordance with the logic of scientific knowledge: in the mainstream of classical, non-classical and post-nonclassical approaches.Item Population’s Radiation Anxiety Structure Analysis for the Pre-COVID-19 Period(Державна наукова установа «Науково-практичний центр профілактичної та клінічної медицини» Державного управління справами, Київ,Україна, 2024) Dorohań, Sehrii B.; Shevchenko, Oleksandr A.; Lekhan, Valeria M.; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Operchuk, Nadia I.; Mikryukova, Natalya G.; Cherednichenko, OleksiiENG: Introduction. A considerable amount of conflicting reports creates conditions for concern about the effects of radiation on health. The adequacy of the assessment of problems and responses to these challenges depends on the sources used by a person, his culture and education level, as well as the emotional overtone of this assessment. The aim of the study is to determine dynamic changes in the prevalence and structure of population’s radiation anxiety states under stable social conditions based on a psychological and hygienic assessment. Materials and methods: In order to research and assess the perception of Kropyvnytskyi residents about the degree and prevalence of radiation anxiety states, a survey was conducted on Facebook and Instagram social networks from February to December 2019 using Google Form. For assessment of dynamic changes in radiation anxiety, data from our own studies in 2014 were used [9]. The questionnaire methodology was based on the principles of the previously tested and patented «Methodology for determining radiation anxiety among the population» and the monograph «Radiation anxiety among the population». Three hundred and twenty four residents of Kropyvnytskyi aged 18 to 73 were included in the study, 155 (47.8 %) men and 169 (52.2 %) women. The average age of the interviewees (Me (LQ; HQ)) was 27 (20; 33) years old. Results. A specific psycho-emotional state is developed and maintained at some level in the residents of cities with nuclear power plants – radiation anxiety, which is manifested by a complex of neuropsychological and somato- physiological disorders against the fear of ionizing radiation sources background. At the same time, such a psychogenic effect may not be related to the degree of actual effects of ionizing radiation on human health. It was determined that in 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia’s full armed aggression against Ukraine, more than 90 % of the surveyed residents of Kropyvnytskyi, regardless of gender and age, were concerned about potential radiation pollution of the environment and foodstuffs, medium level of radiation anxiety was in 34,9 %, and high level in 14.8 %. Low radiation anxiety was detected in 41.4 % of respondents, and in 8.9 % it was absent. Conclusions. Over 5 years (from 2014 to 2019), there were noticeable negative changes in the structure of the radiation anxiety states among the surveyed urban residents, namely: the amount of people without signs of radiation anxiety halved (8.9 % vs. 16.0 %) and respondents with the high level of this psycho-emotional state increased almost four times (14.8 % versus 3.9 %). The obtained results encourage the authors to future studies of specific radiation anxiety states among the population to clarify their dynamics.Item Psychological Fundamentals of Work Protection of Economic and Sports Specialists in the Age of Digitalization(Scientific Center of Innovative Research, OÜ, Estonia, 2024) Sheviakov, Oleksii; Slavska, Yanina; Cherednichenko, OleksiiENG: In the age of digitalization, the psychological foundations of occupational health have become increasingly significant for economic and sports specialists. It is proved that healthy behaviour is a concrete manifestation of the psychological potential of health, it is both a process and the result of the interaction of such factors as motivation to health; lessons learned in maintaining health; the ability to maintain your health at an attained level. For the usage of the appropriate socio-psychological technologies for the formation of occupational health of the economic sphere professionals, we considered the factors of a three-component structure that combines cognitive, emotional and behavioural modules. The cognitive module provides an adequate understanding of the specialist about his level of health. Emotional module includes the full range of «health / illness» experiences arising from a specialist involved in a particular professional situation. The behavioural module reflects the behaviour of a specialist, which facilitates adaptation to changing environmental conditions and professional activity. We also refer to the psychological factors of occupational health of the economic sphere professionals as stressors of professional activity and individual-psychological features of the personality of a professional. The main stressors that affect the activities of the economic sphere professionals are the following: the content of professional activity, its organization; professional career; corporate relationships; non-organizational sources of stress. The impact of various stress factors on the occupational health of the economic sphere specialist is great. The main features of this negative impact are: negative self-esteem; feelings of guilt; increasing aggression, hostility; feeling of emotional exhaustion; presence of psychosomatic disease. In terms of satisfaction with life and happiness, it depends on four factors: emotional equilibrium; life priorities; work and rest ratio; own weight. Most of the described factors can be attributed to the objective influences and subjective experience of the situation in professional activity and based on the level of development of psychological resources of specialists in the economic sphere.Item Specificity of the Pedagogical Environment of a Higher Educational Institution of Musical Direction and Pedagogical Characteristics of Cognitive Features of Higher Education Applicants(Scientific Center of Innovative Research OÜ, Estonia, 2024) Sizov, Vitalii; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Slavska, Yanina; Karas, Vitalii; Bondarenko, OksanaENG: This study examines the pedagogical environment of higher educational institutions in musical directions and the cognitive characteristics of students within such settings. Musical education, characterized by individual-focused pedagogy, deviates significantly from traditional, collective-oriented higher education systems. These differences highlight the necessity for specialized pedagogical approaches. The primary aim is to identify and analyze the specific pedagogical and cognitive characteristics within music education environments. Objectives include assessing the role of intrapsychic and interpsychic factors in shaping pedagogical interactions and exploring the implications for curriculum development and student engagement. The study employed a combination of literature review, pedagogical observation, documentary analysis, testing, experiments, and statistical methods to evaluate the unique aspects of music education environments. The research highlights the distinctiveness of the musical education environment, which prioritizes emotional engagement and individualized learning. Key findings reveal that music students often demonstrate heightened individualism, emotional reliance, and unique cognitive features shaped by their immersive creative environment. However, limited social interaction and conceptual thinking pose challenges to broader cognitive development. Despite this, over 90% of graduates pursue careers aligned with their specialized training. The pedagogical environment significantly influences the formation of cognitive and professional attributes. Interpersonal and environmental factors play a central role, with implications for fostering meaningful values in professional education. Further studies should focus on developing tailored pedagogical technologies that address the specific needs of music education systems. These technologies should integrate cognitive and emotional dimensions to enhance professional training outcomes while addressing identified gaps in social and conceptual development.Item Teaching History in High School as A Way to Build A Complex of Self-Identifications of High School Students(Scientific Center of Innovative Researches OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia, 2024) Vakulik, Vyacheslav; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Slavska, Yanina; Vakulik, SophіaENG: This study examines the role of history education in shaping the complex self-identifications of high school students, highlighting itssignificance in the broader context of democratic education principles and human rights. Recognizing the transformative power of history education, the research investigates how historical narratives and teaching methodologies influence students’ identity formation and their perception of societal roles. Through a mixed-methods approach, involving surveys and observations from 300 high school students across ten schools in the Dnipropetrovsk region, this study explores the interplay between historical education and student self-identity, focusing on the integration of multiple perspectives, critical thinking, and ethical reflection in the curriculum. The findings reveal that exposure to diverse historical viewpoints not only enhances students' understanding of history but also actively supports their personal and social identity development. Critical engagement with historical content, especially involving ethical dilemmas and social injustices, encourages deep reflection and aids in forming a nuanced personal and social identity. Moreover, the study addresses the challenges posed by global educational dynamics and the media, which often contrast with the objectives of historical education, suggesting that an enriched historical curriculum can serve as a counterbalance to external influences. The research underscores the need for history educators to adopt inclusive and reflective pedagogical strategies that foster a critical understanding of history while supporting complex identity formation among students. By doing so, history education not only contributes to the academic development of students but also plays a crucial role in preparing them for active and informed citizenship in a democratic society. The study’s recommendations advocate for continuous teacher development and curricular adjustments to better meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring that history education remains a pivotal element of modern educational systems.Item Vectors of Occupational Health Development(Baltija Publishing, Riga, 2020) Burlakova, Iryna; Sheviakov, OleksiiENG: Social change in Ukraine requires a modern specialist ofactivity and responsibility, which characterize the value attitude to professional activity and one’s own professional and personal development. There is a loss of established ideas about professional activity, through which the specialist determines himself and his place in society, that is, there is a crisis of professional formation at the level of self-consciousness, both as an individual person and within the generations. Sharp social changes, as well as the development of the system of mutual influence of cultural traditions, the strengthening of migration processes have led to increased subjective involvement in various real and virtual professional groups of specialists. In these conditions the integrity and formation of the psychological structureof the professional health of the individual becomes of great significance.
