EN: Significance effects of railway track eccentricity on railway span vibration character by locomotive moving with various speeds are investigated. The mathematical model of the eccentricity of a railway track on the span of railway bridges is proposed. The dynamic analysis of three-dimensional girder systems based of the Newton-Euler differential nonlinear equations modeling aspects are represented.
