UKR: У підручнику викладено відомості про передачі потужності тепловозів, розглянуті принципи устрою, роботи та регулювання гідромуфт і гідротрансформаторів, описана методика розрахунку і побудови їх характеристик. Дано опис гідропередач, що застосовуються на тепловозах і систем їх автоматичного регулювання. Наведено методики розрахунку гідропередач і тягово-економічних характеристик тепловозів з гідропередачею, правила їх експлуатації та випробування. ENG: The information on the locomotive power transmission, the principles of structure, operation and regulation of hydraulic clutches and torque converters, the method of calculation and construction of their characteristics are considered in the textbook. The description of the hydraulic transmissions applied on locomotives and systems of their automatic regulation is given. The calculation methods of hydraulic transmissions and traction-economic characteristics of diesel locomotives with hydraulic transmission, rules of their operation and testing are presented.
