Abstract
UKR: Статтю присвячено актуальним питанням впливу зовнішнього оточення на зовнішньоекономічну діяльність підприємства та перспективи його існування. Розглянуті фактори зовнішнього макросередовища та важливість спостереження за ними з метою вчасного реагування керівниками підприємств на їх зміну. Досліджено вплив факторів на зовнішньоекономічну діяльність підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «Корпорація Логістик Груп», яка імпортує необхідну техніку та обладнання з країн Європи і надає послуги складської логістики в Україні. Проаналізовано вплив всесвітньої пандемії коронавірусу COVID-19 та війни російської федерації проти України на динаміку зміни обсягу та структури імпорту за останні чотири роки. З початком всесвітньої пандемії обсяг імпорту дещо сповільнився, а в результаті війни у 2022 році скоротився майже втричі. Розглянуто перспективи розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності досліджуваного підприємства.
ENG: The article is devoted to topical issues of the influence of the external environment on the foreign economic activity of the enterprise and the prospects of its existence. The external macro-environment is the external conditions of entrepreneurial activity. The factors of the external environment can be considered as opportunities and threats for the enterprise, their positive or negative impact on the organization will depend on the efficiency of management and adaptability of the enterprise. Therefore, the main task of the management of each enterprise is a thorough study of the behavioral influence of external factors on the viability of the economic unit, the final determination of the most significant external factors and optimization of their impact on the enterprise. The influence of factors on the foreign economic activity of the enterprise was studied using the example of the Logistics Group Corporation LLC, which imports the necessary machinery and equipment from European countries and provides warehouse logistics services in Ukraine. The impact of the global pandemic of the COVID-19 coronavirus and the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine on the dynamics of changes in the volume and structure of imports over the past four years has been analyzed. Almost all of the imports of Logistics Group LLC came from Europe, but many of the components for them came from China. With the onset of the global pandemic, the supply chain was gradually disrupted as manufacturing facilities in China were forced to suspend production due to COVID-19. The lack of new equipment on the European market led to an increase in demand for equipment that was in use, but its volume was limited. With the beginning of the war in Ukraine in 2022, the supply of warehouse equipment was suspended, and later it became possible, but under difficult financial conditions, which did not allow concluding the desired number of contracts. During the war, many companies suffer huge losses, so they cut their profits very much. They do not plan to invest money in the purchase of new warehouse equipment without an urgent need. If forklifts are needed, they try to buy used ones instead of new ones. The park of old equipment is not renewed, but they try to repair what they already have.The prospects for the development of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise under study are considered.
