Значення, проблеми і ризики децентралізації влади в Україні

UK: Однією з доленосних реформ в Українській державі є реформа децентралізації влади, що почалася у 2014 р. і триває донині. Реформа доленосна – адже вона неминуче тягне за собою трансформації форми держави, тобто, політичного режиму, державного устрою, організації влади. Головним критерієм успішності реформи децентралізації влади, як і кожної реформи, має стати насамперед розширення політичних прав громадян, збільшення матеріальних і соціальних благ людей.

Reform is fateful - because it inevitably entails the transformation of the form of the state, that is, the political regime, state system, organization of power. The main criterion for the success of the decentralization reform, as well as any reform, should be, first of all, the expansion of political rights of citizens, increasing the material and social benefits of the people.
