| dc.description.abstract | ENG: KTU implements the project AGILE – Higher Education resilience in refugee crises: forging social inclusion through capacity building, civic engagement and skills recognition. As a consortium of 8 partners - 7 Higher Education Institutions and 1 education-oriented business - in Europe and in Ukraine, we engage in this project for 3 years and we encourage and reward excellence in learning, teaching and skills development. AGILE’s objective is to contribute to building inclusive higher education systems capable of addressing the ongoing refugee crises through common values, civic engagement, social participation and recognition of skills in refugees’ learning pathways. With this project we are organising roundtables, public talks, one summer school, experiments at local level, and conferences to show our results. Furthermore, in collaboration with 5 partners Kaunas University of Technology Library implements a project BALTICS4UA “Supporting Ukraine through citizen engagement at Baltic Universities”. The project foresees enhancing HEIs’ resilience and cooperation with the quadruple helix actors (policy, industry, society) in humanitarian crises, as well as upskilling academic staff, students and citizen to actively engage in social action to support Ukrainian populations in the Baltics. The project is unfolding in a series of experience cafés, the production of open educational materials for academic staff and the release of a podcast series in which higher education staff involved in citizen engagement actions share their experiences. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Каунаський технологічний університет реалізує проєкт AGILE – стійкість вищої освіти в умовах криз біженців: сприяння соціальній інтеграції через розбудову потенціалу, залучення громадян та визнання навичок. Як консорціум з 8 партнерів – 7 вищих навчальних закладів та 1 освітньо-орієнтованого бізнесу – в Європі та Україні, ми беремо участь у цьому проекті протягом 3 років і заохочуємо та винагороджуємо відмінні досягнення в навчанні, викладанні та розвитку навичок. Мета AGILE полягає в тому, щоб сприяти побудові інклюзивних систем вищої освіти, здатних вирішувати поточні кризи біженців за допомогою спільних цінностей, громадянської активності, соціальної участі та визнання навичок у навчальних траєкторіях біженців. У рамках цього проекту ми організовуємо круглі столи, публічні бесіди, одну літню школу, експерименти на місцевому рівні та конференції, щоб показати наші результати. Крім того, у співпраці з 5 партнерами Бібліотека Каунаського технологічного університету реалізує проєкт BALTICS4UA «Підтримка України через залучення громадян у балтійських університетах». Проєкт передбачає підвищення стійкості та співпраці ЗВО з суб'єктами чотирьох спіралей (політика, промисловість, суспільство) у гуманітарних кризах, а також підвищення кваліфікації науково-педагогічних працівників, студентів та громадян для активної участі в соціальних діях на підтримку українського населення в країнах Балтії. Проєкт розгортається у серії майстерень досвіду, виробництві відкритих освітніх матеріалів для науково-педагогічних працівників та випуску серії підкастів, у яких працівники закладів вищої освіти, причетні до дій із залучення громадян, діляться своїм досвідом. | uk_UA |
