| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Одним з найбільших викликів, з яким зіткнулися світ і Україна після Другої світової війни, стала енергетична криза, що почалася у 2021 р. і триває донині. Вона зумовила необхідність концентрації усіх зусиль з боку влади і всього суспільства, переоцінки багатьох цінностей, відмови від багатьох зручностей, які, як здавалося, будуть вічними. З позицій історизму і об'єктивності, в роботі розглянуті причини і наслідки світової енергетичної кризи як для світу, так і для України. Для України ці випробування стали особливо важкими, адже вони співпали ще з одним викликом – російською агресію і війною, втратою великої території, яка в попередні роки давала країні більшу частку енергетичних ресурсів. Матеріали статті свідчать, що і українська влада, і українське суспільство загалом достойно реагували на обидва виклики. Попри допущені помилки, прорахунки, відсутність належного досвіду, влада зуміла втримати ситуацію під контролем, забезпечити людей принаймні елементарними зручностями. Зі свого боку, переважна більшість українців стійко й мужньо переносили всі труднощі, іноді ведучи боротьбу за виживання в умовах, коли в їхніх домівках годинами могло одночасно не бути світла, тепла, води, зв'язку. Тому, крім аналізу причин і наслідків енергетичної кризи в світі та Україні, в даній роботі йдеться й про деякі особливості повсякденного життя людей в умовах кризи, для чого використовуються такі методи історичного дослідження, як порівняльний і художньо-описовий, без якого неможливо передати суспільно-психологічну атмосферу певного часу, що є надзавданням для історика. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: One of the biggest challenges that the world and Ukraine faced after World War II is the energy crisis that began in 2021 and continues to this day. It necessitated the concentration of all efforts on the part of the authorities and the entire society, reassessment of many values, rejection of many conveniences that seemed to be eternal. From the standpoint of historicism and objectivity, the work examines the causes and consequences of the global energy crisis both for the world and for Ukraine. For Ukraine, these tests became especially difficult, because they coincided with another challenge - Russian aggression and war, the loss of a large territory, which in previous years provided the country with a larger share of energy resources. The materials of the article show that both the Ukrainian authorities and the Ukrainian society in general adequately responded to both challenges. Despite the mistakes, miscalculations, and lack of experience, the authorities managed to keep the situation under control and provide people with at least basic amenities. For their part, the vast majority of Ukrainians steadfastly and courageously endured all difficulties, sometimes fighting for survival in conditions when their homes could be without light, heat, water, or communication for hours at a time. Therefore, in addition to the analysis of the causes and consequences of the energy crisis in the world and in Ukraine, this work also deals with some features of the everyday life of people in crisis conditions, for which such methods of historical research as comparative and artistic-descriptive are used, without which it is impossible to convey social the psychological atmosphere of a certain time, which is an overarching task for a historian. | en |
