| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Систематизовано підходи до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, виділено підхід на основі оцінки фінансово-економічного стану підприємства, підхід на основі оцінки інвестиційних проєктів та на основі вартості підприємства. Наведено переваги та недоліки підходів. Детально розглянуто підхід, що базується на оцінці фінансово-економічного стану підприємства. Проаналізовано різні методи визначення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства на основі оцінки фінансово-економічного стану підприємства вітчизняними науковцями. Запропоновано здійснювати оцінку інвестиційної привабливості підприємства на основі розширеної системи показників ретроспективного характеру, що відбивають особливості роботи як самого підприємства (внутрішня складова), так і галузі, в якій воно функціонує (зовнішня складова). | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: Approaches to the assessment of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise (IAE) are systematized, namely, three groups are distinguished: an approach based on the assessment of the financial and economic state of the enterprise, an approach based on the assessment of investment projects, and an approach based on the value of the enterprise. For each group of approaches, their advantages and disadvantages of the approaches are given. The approach based on the assessment of the financial and economic condition of the enterprise is considered in detail. The approach is defined as the simplest, due to the fact that the basis of the assessment is the indicators of the financial statements of enterprises, and it is unambiguous (without expert assessments or with a small number of them). Different methods of determining the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, proposed by domestic scientists, based on the assessment of the financial and economic state of the enterprise, were analyzed. It is noted that when formulating definitions of IAE, scientists write that it is necessary to take into account indicators of the external state of the enterprise's environment, however, in specific methods, most scientists are limited to the traditional system of financial ratios. To eliminate the identified shortcoming, the article proposes to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the enterprise on the basis of an extended system of indicators of a retrospective nature, which reflect the peculiarities of the work of both the enterprise itself (internal component) and the industry in which it operates (external component). At the same time, in the internal component, it is proposed to separately evaluate market indicators and indicators of sustainability of internal processes. In the external component of the IAE, it is proposed to evaluate indicators characterizing the attractiveness of the industry in which the enterprise operates. The assessment of the attractiveness of the industry is an important component of the IAE assessment, as the investor can choose investment objects in various sectors of the economy. | en |
