dc.description.abstractUKR: Узагальнено актуальні питання впровадження інноваційних технологій у складське господарство промислових підприємств. Основна увага зосереджена на визначенні ключових технологічних рішень, їх переваг, ризиків та впливу на ефективність управління запасами, логістичні процеси та загальну продуктивність підприємств. Проаналізовано останні наукові дослідження щодо автоматизації складських процесів, у тому числі використання роботизованих систем (AGV, AMR), автоматизованих систем зберігання та пошуку (AS/RS), технологій ідентифікації та відстеження (RFID, IoT), систем голосового набору (Pick by Voice), штучного інтелекту (AI), дронів для інвентаризації та екологічних технологій. Виявлено, що застосування цих технологій сприяє зниженню помилок, прискоренню обробки замовлень та покращенню точності інвентаризації. Також у статті представлено основні загрози автоматизації складів, серед яких: високі капітальні витрати на впровадження, потреба в адаптації персоналу до нових умов роботи, ризики звільнення працівників через скорочення робочих місць, можливі технічні збої та залежність від технологічних провайдерів. Висвітлено рекомендації щодо підготовки колективу до змін, включаючи навчання персоналу, поступове впровадження інновацій та створення системи підтримки для співробітників. Результати дослідження свідчать, що незважаючи на певні виклики, автоматизація складів є перспективним напрямом розвитку промислових підприємств.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: The current issues of implementing innovative technologies in the warehousing of industrial enterprises are summarized. The main attention is focused on identifying key technological solutions, their advantages, risks and impact on the efficiency of inventory management, logistics processes and overall productivity of enterprises. The article considers the need for warehouse automation as one of the leading areas of logistics improvement aimed at reducing costs, optimizing order processing processes and minimizing the human factor. The latest scientific research on the automation of warehouse processes is analyzed, including the use of robotic systems (AGV, AMR), automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), identification and tracking technologies (RFID, IoT), voice dialing systems (Pick by Voice), artificial intelligence (AI), drones for inventory and environmental technologies. It was found that the use of these technologies helps reduce errors, accelerate order processing and improve inventory accuracy. The article also presents the main threats to warehouse automation, including: high capital costs for implementation, the need to adapt personnel to new working conditions, the risks of employee layoffs due to job cuts, possible technical failures and dependence on technology providers. Recommendations are highlighted for preparing the team for change, including staff training, the gradual introduction of innovations and the creation of a support system for employees. The results of the study show that despite certain challenges, warehouse automation is a promising direction for the development of industrial enterprises. It allows to increase productivity, reduce operating costs and improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises. The article emphasizes the need for a balanced approach to automation, which involves taking into account economic, social and technological aspects to achieve the maximum effect from the introduction of innovations. If possible, if it is necessary to reduce staff from warehouse-related jobs, managers should avoid high staff turnover and offer employees retraining.en
