Abstract
UKR: У статті розглянуто управління інноваційними змінами на транспорті, розкриті актуальні питання щодо інноваційних підходів розвитку управління на підприємствах транспортної галузі. Авторами проаналізовано потреби в інноваційних змінах та у впровадженні нових стратегій в зв'язку з воєнним станом в країні та сформованим сучасним політичним та геополітичним середовищем. Особлива увага приділена важливості цифрової трансформації транспортно-логістичної системи. Обгрунтовано необхідність використання сучасних цифрових технологій на підприємствах транспортної галузі. Автори пропонують інструменти, за допомогою яких можна реалізувати цифрову трансформацію на транспортних підприємствах, серед яких інтернет речей (IoT), автоматизація процесів, інтеграція даних, блокчейн, мобільні додатки та веб-платформи, штучний інтелект та машинне навчання. Наголошено на важливості постійного моніторингу досліджень та опису процесів впровадження інноваційних підходів до управління розвитком підприємств транспортної галузі в умовах постійної невизначеності та змін в країні. Запропоновано сучасні цифрові технології, впровадження яких забезпечує впевнений ріст ефективності, сприяє підвищенню прозорості та конкурентоспроможності логістичних операцій на підприємствах транспортної галузі.
ENG: The article examines the management of innovative changes in transport, reveals current issues regarding innovative approaches to the development of management at transport enterprises. The authors analyze the needs for innovative changes and the implementation of new strategies in connection with the state of war in the country and the current political and geopolitical environment. Special attention is paid to the importance of digital transformation of the transport and logistics system. The need to use modern digital technologies at transport enterprises is substantiated. The authors offer tools to implement digital transformation in transport enterprises, including the Internet of Things (IoT), process automation, data integration, blockchain, mobile applications and web platforms, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The importance of constant monitoring of research and description of the processes of implementing innovative approaches to managing the development of transport industry enterprises in conditions of constant uncertainty and change in the country is emphasized. Modern digital technologies are proposed, the implementation of which ensures a steady increase in efficiency, contributes to increasing the transparency and competitiveness of logistics operations at transport industry enterprises. Before introducing innovative technologies into the work processes of an enterprise, it is necessary to conduct a thorough analysis and assessment of their effectiveness. Improving the work processes of transport enterprises is a continuous action aimed at increasing the efficiency, productivity and quality of the enterprise's work and requires the active participation of all members of the work team. Digital transformation of transport enterprises consists not only in the implementation of new technologies, but also in a comprehensive approach to restructuring all business processes. All this provides new opportunities for the development of the industry and allows the country's transport enterprises to be more competitive in the global market.
