| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті описано роботу науково-дослідної установи державної форми власності в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Спираючись на фінансову звітність наведено деякі дані щодо наукової та господарської діяльності інституту в 2022 році. Основну увагу зосереджено на питаннях сплати податків до державного та місцевого бюджетів. Показано, що незважаючи на складне економічне становище в умовах несприятливого зовнішнього середовища, підприємство продовжує функціонувати як самостійна господарська одиниця. Негативним чинником для подальшого розвитку колективу Державного підприємства «Науково-дослідний та конструкторсько-технологічний інститут трубної промисловості ім. Я.Ю. Осади (скор. ДП «НДТІ») є суттєве зменшення замовлень на виконання НДР, що своєю чергою призвело до зменшення на 30% кількості виконавців таких робіт за підсумками 2022 року. Позитивним фактором господарської діяльності колективу ДП «НДТІ» за вказаний період часу є зростання рівня сплати податків до державного та місцевого бюджетів в гривневому еквіваленті. Робота науково-дослідного інституту за таких умов висвітила проблеми: неефективність існуючої системи управління майном державного підприємства та значного потоку ввезення до України сталевих гарячекатаних труб з Китаю, які підлягають митним обмеженням згідно з чинним законодавством. Розвиток науково-дослідної установи державної форми власності у найближчому майбутньому має чіткі перспективи та спрямований на подолання існуючих проблем шляхом пошуку ефективних управлінських рішень щодо якнайкращого задоволення запитів підприємств-клієнтів інституту та пошукові нових споживачів науково-технічної продукції. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article is devoted to the relevant issue of covering the work of a state-owned research institution under martial law in Ukraine. Based on the analysis of primary accounting documentation and financial reporting, the authors provide some data on the features of the economic activity of the Research Institute of the Pipe Industry based on the work results in 2022. The main focus is on the issues of paying taxes to the state and municipal budgets. It is shown that despite the difficult economic situation in an unfavorable external environment, the enterprise finds opportunities for survival and forecasting further development in conditions of global uncertainty. A negative factor for the further development of the employees of the Research Institute of the Pipe Industry is a significant decrease in orders for the research work, which in turn led to a 30% decrease in the number of performers of such work based on the results of 2022. A positive factor in the economic activity of the Pipe Institute employees over the specified period of time is the increase in the level of tax payments to the state and municipal budgets in the hryvnia equivalent. If we take into account the depreciation of the national currency against foreign currencies in 2022, the economic results of the year for the employees of the Pipe Institute are not as positive. But it is worth paying attention to the fact that the decrease in tax payments to the State Budget is due to a significant decrease in the performance of scientific work in 2022. The latter is a direct consequence of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and the relocation or even complete or partial stoppage of production by enterprises that are customers of scientific and technical services provided by the employees of the institute. Summarizing all of the above, we note that the further development of the research institution in the near future has clear prospects and is aimed at overcoming existing problems by finding management solutions that will ensure the existence of the research Pipe Institute in the coming decades. | en |
