| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The authors did not set a goal to make a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of the formation and functioning of the settlement territories in the zone of stopping points influence. The article is a review and a problem. It provides an overview and analysis of research directly or indirectly related to the problem under consideration. The results of multivariate calculations using the regulatory documents of Ukraine are presented: parameters of the zones of transport lines and stopping points influence (width of the zones of influence, total area of construction and area of residential construction in the zone of influence of one stopping point), resource potential (housing stock, population) for the largest, large, large and small settlements and their zones (central, middle, peripheral). The performed calculations show that the territories of settlements in the zone of influence of stopping points occupy an important place in the planning structure and vital activities of settlements due to their significant resource potential − territory, population, housing stock, as well as the close relationship of their structural parameters with the parameters of the transport infrastructure. which indicates the need to consider them as a whole. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Автори не ставили за мету здійснити комплексний аналіз усіх аспектів формування та функціонування поселенських територій у зоні впливу зупинних пунктів. Стаття має оглядовий і проблемний характер. У ній подано огляд та аналіз досліджень, які прямо чи опосередковано стосуються проблеми, що розглядається. Представлено результати багатоваріантних розрахунків з використанням нормативних документів України: параметри зон впливу транспортних ліній та зупинних пунктів (ширина зон впливу, загальна площа забудови та площа житлової забудови в зоні впливу одного зупинного пункту), ресурсний потенціал (житловий фонд, чисельність населення) для найбільших, великих, середніх та малих населених пунктів та їх зон (центральної, середньої, периферійної). Виконані розрахунки показують, що території населених пунктів в зоні впливу зупинних пунктів займають важливе місце в планувальній структурі та життєдіяльності населених пунктів завдяки значному ресурсному потенціалу – території, населенню, житловому фонду, а також тісному взаємозв'язку їх структурних параметрів з параметрами транспортної інфраструктури, що вказує на необхідність розглядати їх як єдине ціле. | uk_UA |
