| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Об'єктом дослідження в дипломній магістерській роботі виступає експлуатаційна робота депо промислового підприємства та пункт екіпірування локомотивів, а метою дослідження – розробка пропозицій з удосконалення процесів екіпірування. Предмет дослідження – технологічні процеси екіпірування локомотивів. Для досягнення поставлених завдань ми розрахували основні показники роботи депо промислового транспорту. Згідно розрахунків, для поліпшення показників роботи депо, необхідно збільшити експлуатаційний парк локомотивів на дві одиниці. Це забезпечить меншу завантаженість локомотивів, збільшить їх ресурс роботи (що є актуальною проблемою для нинішнього технічного стану локомотивів депо). При аналізі питань екіпірування тепловозів ми надали рекомендації по будові екіпірувального пункту за сучасними нормами. Запропоновано пристрій для промивання паливних баків, який зменшить ймовірність засмічення паливної системи. Запропоновано метод визначення кількості палива в паливних резервуарах. Враховуючи проблеми депо з мастильними матеріалами, запропоновано впровадження установки для регенерації відпрацьованого масла. За розрахунками доведено, що економічний ефект є досить вагомим при строку окупності близько двох років. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The object of research in the master's thesis is the operational work of the depot of an industrial enterprise and the outfitting point and the purpose of the study is to develop proposals for improving of the equipment processes. The subject of the research is the technological processes of equipping of locomotives. To achieve our objectives, we calculated the main indicators of of the industrial transport depot. According to the calculations, in order to improve the depot's performance, it is necessary to increase the operating fleet of locomotives by two units. This will ensure lower utilization of locomotives and increase their service life (which is an urgent problem for the current technical condition of the depot's locomotives). When analyzing the issues of equipping diesel locomotives, we provided recommendations on the structure of the equipment room in accordance with modern standards. We have proposed a device for flushing fuel tanks, which will reduce the likelihood of clogging the fuel system clogging. A method for determining the amount of fuel in fuel tanks is proposed. tanks. Taking into account the problems of the depot with lubricants, the introduction of a waste oil regeneration unit is proposed. According to the calculations, it is proved that the economic effect is quite significant with a payback period of payback period of about two years. | en |
