Abstract
UKR: У статті досліджено особливості формування моделі економічного розвитку приватного індустріального підприємства в умовах концепції сталого розвитку. Економічний розвиток приватного виробничого підприємства може здійснюватись як за певною стандартизованою моделлю, так й за унікальним симбіозом компонентів різних моделей розвитку, тому в процесі прийняття рішення про вибір моделі розвитку потрібно враховувати багато факторів економічного, екологічного та соціального змісту для створення умов для сталого розвитку приватного індустріального підприємства. У статті ретельно досліджуються екстенсивна, інтенсивна, інноваційна та мережева моделі економічного розвитку підприємств, розглядаються процеси формування умов використання кожної моделі. По кожній із моделей, що досліджені авторами, вивчено характерні відмінності, переваги та недоліки моделі. Вибір моделі розвитку приватного індустріального підприємства виконується з урахуванням індивідуальних запитів та особливостей техніко-технологічних процесів, які здійснюються на підприємствах. Кожна з досліджених моделей розглядалась с точки зору можливостей застосування в процесі формування сталого розвитку приватного індустріального підприємства, вивчались можливості адаптації до сучасних зовнішніх умов, які впливають на функціонування індустріальних підприємств. Розвиток цифрових технологій, а особливо штучного інтелекту, дозволяє багато аналітичних функцій проводити за допомогою нових засобів, створення яких відбувається шляхом удосконалення традиційних методів та моделей. Розглянуті у статті переваги та недоліки кожного з методів можуть стати підставою для створення цифрових інструментів, які дозволяють не тільки виконати моделювання сценарію розвитку підприємства за певною моделлю, але й за допомогою вимірювальних характеристик порівняти переваги та недоліки всіх можливих сценаріїв. Сталий розвиток підприємства має важливе значення не тільки для власників та робітників підприємства, алей для місцевих спільнот, тому свідомий вибір моделі економічного розвитку є запорукою не тільки економічного успіху приватного індустріального підприємства, але й екологічної безпеки та соціального розвитку суспільства.
ENG: The article examines the essence of the features of the formation of a model of economic development of a privateindustrial enterprise in the context of the concept of sustainable development. The economic development of a privateproduction enterprise can be carried out both according to a certain standardized model and according to a uniquesymbiosis of components of different development models, therefore, in the process of making a decision on the choiceof a development model, it is necessary to take into account many factors of economic, environmental and social contentto create conditions for the sustainable development of a private industrial enterprise. The article carefully examines the extensive, intensive, innovative and network models of economic development of enterprises, considers the processes offorming the conditions for using each model. The characteristic differences, advantages and disadvantages of the modelare studied for each of the research models. The choice of a model of development of a private industrial enterprise iscarried out taking into account individual requests and the peculiarities of technical and technological processes carriedout at enterprises. Each of the research models was considered from the point of view of the possibilities of application inthe process of forming the sustainable development of a private industrial enterprise, and the possibilities of adaptationto modern external conditions that affect the functioning of industrial enterprises were studied. The development ofdigital technologies, and especially artificial intelligence, allows many analytical functions to be performed using newtools, the creation of which occurs by improving traditional methods and models. The advantages and disadvantages ofeach method considered in the article can become the basis for creating digital tools that allow not only to performmodeling of the development scenario of an enterprise according to a certain model, but also to compare the advantagesand disadvantages of all possible scenarios using measuring characteristics. Sustainable development of an enterprise isimportant not only for the owners and employees of the enterprise, but also for local communities, therefore, a consciouschoice of a model of economic development is the key not only to the economic success of a private industrial enterprise,but also to environmental safety and social development of society.
