Раціональна складова створення подібних установ була обумовлена потребою мати у підпорядкування максимально можливий кадровий потенціал фахівців у окремих галузях промисловості. Водночас наприкінці ХХ століття виникла потреба у створенні міжгалузевих науково-дослідних установ, як от Дніпропетровський науково-дослідний інститут судових експертиз.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: Industry institutes are an important part of the system of scientific institutions in Ukraine, which was established in the late 1920s. The rational component of the creation of such institutions was due to the need to have the maximum possible human resource potential of specialists in individual industries under their control. At the same time, at the end of the 20th century, there was a need to create interdisciplinary scientific and research institutions, such as the Dnipropetrovsk Scientific and Research Institute of Forensic Expertise.en
