| dc.description.abstract | UKR: В даній статті було проведено дослідження щодо уточнення поняття «політична культура» та «культура політики» й доведено, що ці терміни, хоча і пов’язані, але не тотожні, і вони відрізняються між собою. Авторами проаналізовано важливий аспект сучасного суспільства - політичну культуру, яка визначає сприйняття та участь громадян у політичних процесах. Особливу увагу приділено впливу російсько-української війни на політичну культуру та політичну свідомість громадян. Дослідження також охоплює зміни у культурі політики з боку влади, враховуючи важливі політичні рішення, що приймаються у військовий період. З’ясовано, як українці сприймають та взаємодіють з політичними інститутами під час війни та проаналізовано рівень участі громадян у політичному процесі та яка їхня роль у формуванні політичної обстановки в сучасних умовах. У статті освітлюються аспекти соціально-політичної адаптації громадян у складних умовах воєнного конфлікту. Підкреслюється значення політичної культури, як важливого чинника, що визначає політичне життя та взаємовідносини в суспільстві. Це дослідження спрямоване на розуміння та висвітлення важливих аспектів політичного ландшафту під час воєнного конфлікту та його впливу на сучасну політичну реальність в Україні. Відмінність від інших досліджень полягає в тому, що дане дослідження фокусується на впливі політичної культури на розвиток суспільства в умовах воєнного стану. Висвітлюється специфіка українського політичного контексту та використовуються різноманітні методи дослідження. Наукова новизна дослідження дає нове розуміння політичної культури та культури політики в сучасній Україні. Зазначено, що умови воєнного стану викликають необхідність витримки та взаємодії народу з владою для зміцнення політичної стабільності та консолідації суспільства. Автори підкреслюють актуальність теми у зв’язку із складними викликами, перед якими опинилася Україна, і вбачають в розумінні впливу політичної культури на розвиток суспільства ключ до подальших політологічних та міждисциплінарних досліджень. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: In that these terms, although related, are not identical, and they differ from each other. The authors analyzed an important aspect of modern society – political culture, which determines the perception and participation of citizens in political processes. Special attention is paid to the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the political culture and political consciousness of citizens. The study also covers changes in the culture of politics on the part of the authorities, given the important policy decisions made during the war period. It is clarified how Ukrainians perceive and interact with political institutions during the war, and the level of participation of citizens in the political process and their role in shaping the political situation in modern conditions is analyzed. The article sheds light on the aspects of social and political adaptation of citizens in the difficult conditions of a military conflict. The importance of political culture as an important factor determining political life and relations in society is emphasized. This study is aimed at understanding and highlighting important aspects of the political landscape during the military conflict and its impact on the current political reality in Ukraine. The difference from other studies is that this study focuses on the influence of political culture on the development of society under martial law. The specifics of the Ukrainian political context are highlighted and various research methods are used. The scientific novelty of the study provides a new understanding of political culture and the culture of politics in modern Ukraine. It is noted that the conditions of martial law call for the people's endurance and interaction with the authorities to strengthen political stability and consolidate society. The authors emphasize the relevance of the topic in connection with the complex challenges facing Ukraine, and see the key to further political science and interdisciplinary research in the understanding of the influence of political culture on the development of society. | en |
