| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті описано роботу науково-дослідної установи державної форми власності в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Спираючись на фінансову звітність, наведено деякі дані щодо наукової та господарської діяльності інституту в 2023 році. Основну увагу зосереджено на питаннях кадрового забезпечення та деяких фінансових показниках господарської діяльності. Показано, що незважаючи на складне економічне становище в умовах несприятливого зовнішнього середовища, підприємство продовжує функціонувати як самостійна господарська одиниця. Негативним чинником для подальшого розвитку колективу Державного підприємства «Науково-дослідний та конструкторсько-технологічного інституту трубної промисловості ім. Я.Ю. Осади» (скор. ДП «НДТІ») є суттєве зменшення замовлень на виконання НДР, що в, свою чергу, приз20% кількості виконавців таких робіт за підсумками 2023 року. Позитивним фактором діяльності колективу ДП «НДТІ» за вказаний період часу є зростання кількості наукових праць, опублікованих співробітниками та робота з оформлення результатів попередніх досліджень у вигляді патентів на корисні моделі. Розвиток науково-дослідної установи державної форми власності у найближчому майбутньому має чіткі перспективи та спрямований на подолання існуючих проблем шляхом пошуку ефективних управлінських рішень щодо якнайкращого задоволення запитів підприємств-клієнтів інституту та пошуку нових споживачів науково-технічної продукції. Крім того, недовиконання планових показників надходжень обумовлено частковою зупинкою виробництва труб в Україні через логістичні проблеми, а не зниженням якості виконання науково-дослідних робіт співробітниками ДП «НДТІ». | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article describes the activities of a state-owned research institution operating under martial law conditions in Ukraine. Based on financial reports, certain data regarding the institute’s scientific and economic activities in 2023 are presented. In particular, аn analysis of the personnel status of the workforce (including a graphical interpretation of some indicators), the main indicators of financial and economic activities, as well as the cost structure of scientific and technical products of the State Enterprise «Ya. Ye. Osada Scientific Research Tube Institute» by expenditure items in 2023 has been carried out. The primary focus is on personnel issues and some financial indicators of economic performance. It is demonstrated that despite the challenging economic situation in an unfavorable external environment, the enterprise continues to function as an independent economic unit. A negative factor for the further development of the workforce at the State Enterprise «Ya. Ye. Osada Scientific Research Tube Institute» is the significant reduction in orders for research and development (R&D), which, in turn, led to a 20% decrease in the number of R&D performers by the end of 2023. A positive aspect of the State Enterprise «Ya. Ye. Osada Scientific Research Tube Institute» team’s activities during this period is the increase in the number of scientific publications authored by employees and the efforts to formalize the results of previous research into patents for utility models. The development of the state-owned research institution in the near future has clear prospects and aims to overcome existing challenges by finding effective management solutions to better meet the needs of the institute’s client enterprises and by seeking new consumers for scientific and technical products. Moreover, the underachievement of planned revenue targets was caused by the partial shutdown of pipe production in Ukraine due to logistical issues, rather than a decline in the quality of research and development performed by State Enterprise «Ya. Ye. Osada Scientific Research Tube Institute» employees. | en |
