dc.description.abstractUKR: Метою статті є дослідження філософсько-методологічних аспектів пошуку і розвитку обдарованості в осіб з обмеженими можливостями. Наукова новизна полягає у самій постановці проблеми. Зазначено, в умовах демографічної кризи, посиленої російсько-українською війною, суспільна цінність кожного українця, включаючи інвалідів, стає все більш очевидною. Державі та соціальним інститутам необхідно сприйняти й активно впроваджувати такі інклюзивні підходи до навчання і виховання, які дадуть змогу своєчасно виявляти обдарованих особистостей, а також обумовлять максимальну реалізацію їх талантів незалежно від їх персональних особливостей або стану їх здоров’я. Висновки. Встановлено, що педагогічна праця з обдарованими людьми передбачає постійний пошук балансу між колективними та індивідуальними підходами до навчання та виховання.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: The purpose of the article is to study the philosophical and methodological aspects of the search for and development of giftedness in persons with disabilities. Scientific novelty lies in the formulation of the problem. It was noted that in the conditions of the demographic crisis, aggravated by the Russian-Ukrainian war, the social value of every Ukrainian, including the disabled, is becoming more and more obvious. The state and social institutions need to adopt and actively implement such inclusive approaches to education and upbringing, which will make it possible to identify gifted individuals in a timely manner, as well as ensure the maximum realization of their talents, regardless of their personal characteristics or their state of health. Conclusions. It has been established that pedagogical work with gifted people involves a constant search for a balance between collective and individual approaches to learning and education.en
